The hotel's location is pretty good, but I'd recommend renting a scooter unless you're only going to the Saturday night market. Otherwise, it's quite close to the Old Town and the nearby tourist trap night markets. Definitely avoid the tourist night market under the Marriott – it's a total rip-off.

The hotel was pretty good overall. The front desk lady was very welcoming and spoke a little Chinese. The location is excellent, very close to Tha Phae Gate, just a five-minute walk, and it's quiet at night, so I slept well. The mattress was comfortable too. The only downside is that they don't provide toiletries; I used my own, but I assume they might provide some if you ask the front desk. For the price, it's a good value! And the vegetarian restaurant across the alley from the hotel is fantastic, definitely worth visiting multiple times!

No pool, tiny room, and an even tinier bathroom where you're practically facing the wall when you sit on the toilet. The room has terrible soundproofing. Parking is a hassle with only two minuscule spots. It's a 'Chinese preferred' hotel, but the front desk doesn't speak Chinese...

The hotel is located between Krung Thai Bank and Thai Thanachart Bank. There are only two parking spaces, but staff are available to help move cars around. The service is good and the staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. It's conveniently located in the heart of Chiang Mai, very close to Tha Phae Gate.

- Pros: The convenience store was close by, and the surrounding area was lively with many massage parlors. The bed was also soft and comfortable. I was worried it might be noisy being in a bustling area, but it was set a little back in an alley, so it was quiet. - Cons: The soundproofing between rooms wasn't great, but it was fine for sleeping. It was also a bit disappointing that it wasn't a smart TV.

The hotel is located within the ancient city walls, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There are so many great food options nearby. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest. The front desk staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. I stayed for three nights, it was a great location. There were lots of cute cafes and shops around and I think it is perfect to explore the city.  The room was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Great location, very close to the ancient city with plenty of shops nearby. The room was a bit small and soundproofing wasn't the best, but it was set back from the main road, so overall it was still quite quiet.

Helpful staff. Housekeeping made good efforts despite holiday season and guest turnover. Rooms was well appointed and bedding was comfortable. Had a good rest. Vegan restaurant nearby. Will consider for future stay/s.

Fantastic location. Nice staff. Hotel did not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Also the toilet roll was very small and soon ran out with no spares. Driveway is very narrow. Be careful that the road becomes a walking street with no cars at certain festive days.
