晚上洗澡水忽涼忽燙，燙的時候，能把人灼傷，房間沒有肥皂和瓶裝水，他們都不提供，早上停水，不能沖馬桶，不能上衞生間，要想上就得上外頭去找衞生間或找大廈裡頭，醫院裡頭去上。

環境超級差，衞生也很差，沒有牙刷，房間地板濕噠噠，根本就沒清潔，廁所環境看了兼職想吐，比外面公廁還噁心。

很新的酒店放假也挺大的，很乾凈。前台人員也很有耐心回答我的問題。樓下走附近有很多水果店也有很多吃的，還有個零食很忙，買吃食很方便。

酒店乾淨衞生，有電梯，很方便，一樓門面雖然不大，但房間卻是很滿意的，樓下吃的很多，離鳳凰古鎮文化廣場 南華橋走路10幾分鐘的距離很方便，馬路兩邊也挺熱鬧的，我們選擇走過去，酒店值得推薦

疫情過後全家的第一次出行旅遊，攜程找的這家店，非常乾淨衞生，停車吃飯去逛鳳凰古城都十分方便，前台小姐姐温柔熱情還告之我們去張家界看天外狐仙的事宜，人很好，謝謝！

有免費停車場，在中石化的旁邊院子裏，離開時順帶可以加個油，酒店門口可以短暫停車下行李，還算方便，離鳳凰古城景區的集散地也不遠。

很一般，衹能説訂了不能退將就住，懶得搬東西又多住了一晚，總的説就是特別一般，要去古鎮還是有點遠，要走10多分鐘到20分鐘
