酒店較大，有A座B座，客房較多，停車方便；房間較寬敞，採光好，沐浴設施有點陳舊；酒店位置不居市中心，距國門景區3公里左右。
隔音不好，隔壁房間講話大聲時可以聽得到，臨近客房有客人凌晨二三點還在娛樂，熟睡中被吵醒，打電話給總枱去提醒才得安寧，體驗不爽。

東興比較奇葩的一家酒店，房間巨大，但是置物傢俱非常少，基本能放東西的地方不多。然後衞生間佔了房間1/3的空間，裏面放兩個浴缸都沒問題，同樣沒什麼放置物品的配置。2樓有個游泳池被棄用了，浪費東西。然後停車場不錯，車位比較多，設有充電樁。周邊環境一般，吃飯購物不太方便。
