1、引導客户特價房攜程訂，其他客房到他們那邊訂，而且收按金。2、那個温泉真的是很差勁，水根本不熱，連起碼的汗蒸或幹蒸房都沒有。3、早餐説是7點，實際上根本沒有。而且拿出來的肉包餡還是冷的，牛肉麪湯的牛肉是變質的

房間比很多經濟型酒店大，有温泉大浴缸還免費送泡泡浴和玫瑰乾花，挺驚喜的，乾淨整潔，衞生很棒，不到兩百的特價房，性價比超高，距離縣城不遠，睡覺特別安靜的，週末出遊帶着家人和孩子應該是個不錯的住宿選擇，

【親子設施】位於湖北十堰的房縣天然温泉，在靠近神農架的附近。鄂旅投旗下的產業，總體感覺還不錯。房間裏面就可以泡温泉，樓下中餐廳可圈可點，菜品味道還是不錯的，價格上也很親民。衹是沒有酒水賣，需要去酒店旁邊的超市購買。温泉還是不錯的，正宗的温泉，真温泉水。可能是淡季+疫情期間，人不是很多。比較少……來的都是十堰這邊的遊客為主。房間設備有點瑕疵，牆紙邊邊上有些脱皮，其他的都還是不錯的。建議大家在房縣買點黃酒，房縣是黃酒之鄉。可以喝點黃酒泡温泉，這樣更養生，也可以美容！

温泉浴缸乾淨，配有玫瑰花瓣與泡泡沐浴液，房間配有藍牙音箱，在優雅音樂中泡温泉很是愜意

天悦温泉是房縣的老温泉了，這麼好的資源，但是鄂旅投收購以後老想着賺錢卻捨不得投入，房間設施太陳舊了，還有露天泡池也是乏善可陳。這次跨年沒想到來泡湯的人這麼多，池子裏像下餃子一樣，水質堪憂。不過房間裏有私湯就好多了。提個建議，儘管老天爺賞飯吃，可也要捨得下本才行。

第一次住這個酒店，感覺很超值。交通也方便，下了高速，導航 10 分鐘就直達，都是大馬路，在山邊上。空氣沒話説，採光沒話説，客房服務員素質都不錯，非常熱情好客，知道我第一次來，還專門為我介紹了 10 來分鐘好吃的，好玩的地方。值得推薦！

院內園區環境真心不錯，早晨起來，空氣香甜，深秋的味道撲面而來，久違的感覺，養生的好地方。交通也很方便，酒店門口就是車站，自己開車也就 10 分鐘到城區，等夏季安排家裡長者來住段時間。
