Although the room is not big, it is very convenient and warm. The bathroom has a clothesline;
Now is not the peak tourist season, although the other courtyard is in the scenic area, because there are not many tourists, sleeping at night is very quiet, the focus is on the bed is very comfortable;

I didn’t want to come again. I was overgrown and looked desolate. I believe that the construction should have been very good at the beginning. Now it’s more terrible. I feel like returning to the vegetable garden of the grandmother’s house in the country. I really feel that it is not worth the price. I hope it needs to be improved!

The service is good. I originally thought that a hotel of this price would not have a very amazing experience, but I didn't expect that the Shangchuan Four Seasons Hotel would surprise me directly. The service is warm and thoughtful, the room environment is simple but stylish, and it is cleaned very cleanly. The cost performance is very high. The breakfast is rich beyond imagination, with all kinds of food, and the taste is not bad. It is worth staying here!

My friend and I were traveling by car. As soon as we parked, the hotel security helped us carry our luggage into the lobby. The waiter's greeting was really heartwarming! Tea was also brought immediately. The service was really good! The room was also upgraded. When we entered the room, the room facilities were complete and clean! There were two washbasins, and what was touching was that there were also desserts for free! The breakfast was also rich and the environment was good. When we left the hotel, the lady at the front desk gave us hand cream! In this season, it is really prepared for the guests! It is really worth recommending!

春節來常德和朋友聚一聚，特意選了一家新開的酒店，房間內均是智能設備，我們訂的是親子房，裏面佈置了帳篷和玩偶，看上去還是挺温馨的，服務員都很有禮貌。唯一美中不足的點就是廁所的衞生打掃不夠徹底，上廁所的時候發現馬桶圈上還有污漬，希望可以加強衞生死角的檢查。早上的早飯備得比較少，九點鐘的時候就沒有米麪和粉了，可能是過年期間材料備得不足吧，其他都挺好的

I couldn’t find the elevator service staff upstairs. I even led the way to help press the elevator and waited for me to enter the elevator. The service staff left. There was also a buffet breakfast. The breakfast has a full range of varieties, including Chinese and Western styles. The water in the swimming pool is clear. The staff disinfects the lockers every time they are used. Parking is free and there are charging stations in the underground parking lot. The front desk lady Phoebe is very nice and the service is very warm and meticulous. Staying at the Sheraton Hotel is the best choice.

XXindeyuanfang.. ...I drove home during the Spring Festival and passed by for a temporary stay. I rushed to the newly opened hotel. Unexpectedly, the experience was really bad. I had been stuck in traffic all day. I entered the hotel at 22:30 in the evening with my children. Unexpectedly, I entered the room as soon as I entered the hotel. When I turned on the faucet, a big sewer smell came up. Then I moved to a non-smoking room. There were a few burnt cigarette butts on the bedside. I contacted the front desk to deal with the problem, but the eldest sister came wearing a mask and said she couldn't smell it. They also asked us if we had eaten something with a strong smell. We were really speechless. The eldest sister told me in dialect that she couldn’t smell it in front of me. After a long time, she asked me to change rooms and check the room. It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. Only the small refrigerator was not available, which made me even more speechless. They said that the hotel was full, but I didn't bother to verify it, and I didn't want to. After changing the room, I asked them to take care of the original room. However, my wife still found a toothbrush in the sink drain and asked her to take care of it. The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster...
All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.

You can take the elevator from the parking lot to the hotel lobby on the 7th floor. There is a private hot spring. It can be seen that the designer is very attentive. The indoor selenium-rich hot spring incorporates natural flowers, caves, lights and other elements into the environmental design, which truly allows the guests to fully relax physically and mentally. The beautiful lady at the hotel front desk saw that we brought children and gave us a free breakfast and hot spring experience, which was very thoughtful. The hotel also sent a welcome snack to each room. The room was very clean, the breakfast variety was very rich, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was good. From facilities, hygiene to environment, service and other details are very good. Next time I come to Changde, I will still choose this hotel. It is worth recommending to everyone!

A special selection of a decompression room with a coffee table, sitting on the edge of the big window to have a cup of tea, very comfortable. The hotel service is very good, I took me to see several room types, this room area is quite large~ the room is very clean. The focus is on the bath products or the brand of Xianweina. The kids at the front desk were very enthusiastic. Seeing that I had a cold, they not only prepared a mask, but also gave me freshly brewed brown sugar ginger tea. The breakfast was rich, with many varieties and good taste. I sincerely recommend it and will come again next time!

AAnonymous UserI deliberately chose the Huandao Hotel to get up early in the morning. The children were going to ride bicycles around the lake. The waiter told them that there were no bicycles to rent. Several bicycle locks at the door had lost their keys and could not be opened. Several bicycle chains were broken and had not been repaired. It seemed to us that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but the waiter said that the repair report had been submitted for several months and no one had responded, which showed that the management's ability and service awareness were weak. Another note: The indoor swimming pool is not free for hotel guests. Other nearby hotels are free. Many customers have expressed their opinions, but I don’t know what the hotel leadership believes in charging a fee.
