Although the room is not big, it is very convenient and warm. The bathroom has a clothesline;
Now is not the peak tourist season, although the other courtyard is in the scenic area, because there are not many tourists, sleeping at night is very quiet, the focus is on the bed is very comfortable;
The atrium, hall, and periphery of the other courtyard are arranged in a more ancient style, suitable for taking pictures;

I didn’t want to come again. I was overgrown and looked desolate. I believe that the construction should have been very good at the beginning. Now it’s more terrible. I feel like returning to the vegetable garden of the grandmother’s house in the country. I really feel that it is not worth the price. I hope it needs to be improved!

Arrived at the hotel at night, just in time for the hotel to pick up many tourists. There was hot tea at the door, so warm! The reception staff was enthusiastic, and finally I found out that it was the front desk manager, Sister Ping 👍 who took me to the elevator! The service is really good, the room is also very large, and the environment is comfortable! The bed is also very comfortable! The facilities are also complete, bathtub 🛁, TV 📺, and the breakfast is also unique and delicious! Especially the rice noodles! Worth recommending!

很滿意的一次入住！
作為我在常德的旅遊住宿支撐我是真沒選錯。
早上因為某些原因很早就到了酒店，幸好酒店10點鐘就可以辦理Check in。
來到前台早班6號小姐姐非常熱情，立馬給我遞上一杯熱茶，在10多度的常德里讓人特別暖心。
因為當天4點多就起床了，極度需要咖啡，大堂吧里正好有咖啡可以點，就點了一杯美式坐下慢慢品嚐，雖然咖啡味道不算驚喜，但前台二位熱情的服務讓我對入住的第一印象提升了幾個等級。
進入房間後可以用驚喜來形容，面積很大，裝修和佈局很中我這個90後的Point，房間內的氣味也令人舒適。
最驚喜的是房間裏面有手沖壺和可以品嚐的掛耳包，淺烘和深烘都有，手沖壺的牌子雖然沒聽過，但出來的水流很穩，太中Point了。
如果不是接下來還有行程，簡直想在書桌前坐上兩杯咖啡的時間再走。
還有兩件令我滿意的事情，第一件就是洗衣房的洗衣機是洗烘一體的，當天洗衣，當天就能穿到芬香的衣服；第二件是早餐廳可以點味道很讚的牛肉粉可來吃，這讓我作為一個遊客來説能做到不用走遠就能吃到常德米粉，這是何等的方便和驚喜。
最後一提，走廊裏的海報居然提到咖啡公平貿易；在浴室裏唱歌有混響加成。。

People at front desk not speak English well and they can’t help too much. Buffer at dinner if you arrive after 7:30 pm to eat you will find half buffet because they don’t fill the foods and you pay full price and it’s will be expensive without complete buffet. If many people eat early at restaurant, hotel staff not clean properly table and floor. So in the end if you arrive late at buffet it’s like you eat same in the street food. If buffet time close at 9 pm, if you arrive before that time you must have the same service like a people come at 6 pm to eat. There’s not. I stay long time in 2019 for more than two months and last time just few days. I have plan to back in Changde in coming few months but not sure if I will stay again on this hotel. For me it’s like 3 stars, not 5.

GGuest UserThe overall hygiene of the hotel, including the room hygiene, is quite good, and the atmosphere is bright. The front desk lady and the brother who helped to heat up the fried chicken at night were warm and enthusiastic. There were special raffles and bonfire parties on New Year's Eve, so the overall experience with the sisters was okay. However, there are still some unreasonable facilities and services that need to be mentioned for your reference. First, there is no self-service laundry service. The hotel has this service, but it needs to be charged by piece. I don’t know if it is because the hotel’s main hot spring feature has a large flow of people, so it does not provide self-service laundry. The suggestion provided by the front desk lady is to wash it yourself and then the room has a balcony to dry it quickly, but I came here to experience the feeling and I don’t really want to wash my clothes by myself, and there is no light on the balcony (I looked for the switch for a long time, and finally the mobile phone lighting saw that there was no light on the top of the balcony. If there is a light, maybe I didn’t find it, but it also highlights the inconvenience). Second, the TV in the room cannot be projected. I studied it for a long time, but it was too late to call and ask. It is not convenient to watch TV and movies. It doesn’t mean that you must support the hotel to open svip on related platforms, but hotels that do not support projection are really rare in the better hotels I live in. The third is that the hotel is indeed very large, and the related facilities are also beautifully decorated, but the instructions in some places are not clear, and the staff are not very friendly to people like us who go there for the first time. It takes a bit of a detour and we can't find staff to consult. The above is our experience, but it's okay overall. Although it didn't meet expectations, it was super comfortable to soak in the hot springs!

XXindeyuanfang.. ...I drove home during the Spring Festival and passed by for a temporary stay. I rushed to the newly opened hotel. Unexpectedly, the experience was really bad. I had been stuck in traffic all day. I entered the hotel at 22:30 in the evening with my children. Unexpectedly, I entered the room as soon as I entered the hotel. When I turned on the faucet, a big sewer smell came up. Then I moved to a non-smoking room. There were a few burnt cigarette butts on the bedside. I contacted the front desk to deal with the problem, but the eldest sister came wearing a mask and said she couldn't smell it. They also asked us if we had eaten something with a strong smell. We were really speechless. The eldest sister told me in dialect that she couldn’t smell it in front of me. After a long time, she asked me to change rooms and check the room. It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. Only the small refrigerator was not available, which made me even more speechless. They said that the hotel was full, but I didn't bother to verify it, and I didn't want to. After changing the room, I asked them to take care of the original room. However, my wife still found a toothbrush in the sink drain and asked her to take care of it. The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster...
All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.

LLoveDana設施：全新的裝修，基本上在桃園古鎮屬於第一檔次了。用具都很新，樓上樓下都有茶具，看着窗外的湖景喝茶看書很愜意。
衞生：很乾凈，衞生間不大但是夠用了。床單、毛巾都挺好，洗髮水沐浴液等也都好用。
環境：裝修典雅別緻，特別是一樓的公共區域，不愧是知名設計師作品。酒店停車也很方便。
服務：老闆娘特別熱情，因為不是週末和節假日，給我們升級了loft套房，早餐很豐盛，牛肉米粉超級好吃。

The waiter told them that there were no bicycles to rent. Several bicycle locks at the door had lost their keys and could not be opened. Several bicycle chains were broken and had not been repaired. It seemed to us that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but the waiter said that the repair report had been submitted for several months and no one had responded, which showed that the management's ability and service awareness were weak.
