Great place for spending the evenings. Spent days site seeing. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Didn’t use amenities as we were busy visiting local sites and trails. Fairmont Hot Springs Resort has a great evening rate for use of their hot springs pools.

Overall riverside villas are very nice, lots of room. Shower door leaked pretty bad, bath mat was dripping wet , tub in bedroom bathroom drained really slow. All the rest of resort really good

We wanted a close short getaway and this was perfect. The resort was under going Reno’s of some rooms and respected quiet time Looking forward to going back to golf

The unit was a great size for our family but it had not been cleaned well so we had to pay a cleaning fee and then clean where we could ourselves. They also charge a per day fee so our stay was quite a bit more expensive than anticipated.

We stayed for one week in the Spring. if you use points you have to pay extra for both Housekeeping and Amenities. The pool and hot tubs were excellent, and resort is close to the Fairmont Mineral Hot pools and Down-hill skiing in winter.

The Vacation Villas at Riverside is beautifully located, very clean, with lots of amenities. Pool, 2 hot tubs, game and fitness rooms, beside a golf course. 👍 In winter less dining options available.

Good trip to panorama but the 3 days stay in Sunchaser resort cost too much, need to pay RCI exchange fees and pay resort fees if you booked from RCI, just a 3 days stay cost $400+ in feed.....so not worth it

We really enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub close by allowed the teenagers to walk there and back on their own. We also enjoyed Fairmont Hot Springs and Radium as well. Peaceful and so beautiful here.

I found the resort was complete with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was a games room and the pool area was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back and stay a full week.
