We woke up early in the morning with the sound of a fire alarm, we were very scared and we were told that it was due to a mistake, they did not even apologize, so I wasted a day because of them.

Everything is great the price the staff the rooms and service The breakfast was great and especially the staff is wonderful very serving very friendly and aim to please the same applies to the lobby staff Also the place is centrally located close to everything and within walking distance to the train station me and my wife we loved it and love Eskisehir and we love to come back to this great hotel 🏩 It's not true that it's noisy hotel like one of the customers claimed it's false . We recommend this place highly
