Tasigo is a beautiful hotel with unique design. They have a beautiful spa one of the best i have ever seen. Their food is excellent, their staff are kind and professional most of them they know english. Before visiting this hotel i have mixed reviews, some were saying that they do not know english which is not, they are not fluent but they understand ، other reviews mentioning that there is no tooth brush and you need to pay. What i discovered that the owner of this hotel is an ethical person he does not want to harm the environment, no plastic bottles. Even the straw is not plastic. Tooth brush is there wooden with cost price, their prices of massage are very reasonable approximation best in turkey. Eskisahir is a beautiful place tasty food river lovely people prices are cheaper that other places in turkey in addition to cold weather. Their main restaurant for dinner is very slow service but their food is brilliant Breakfast is nice but needs improvement in more variety and changing the food. Almost everyday is the same. Melisa is such lovely helpful and professional in breakfast area. Special thanks to Mr Fateh spa manager he is super helpful and professional i have also noticed that he treats his staff in a very professional and friendly way. He is great person also special thanks to zayneb and Gamze. Gamze was so helpful in booking and changing our appointment with welcoming manner. Also in reception area Mr Anil and Orkan very professional and fast and over helpful. I love this hotel. Am still staying for two nights more. Well done staff and management will love to come back to this beautiful place.

As soon ad you enter the hotel you have a feeling of cleanliness, light, tasteful decoration. The personel at the reception is always smiling and very helpful. Yasemin gave us wonderful advice for discovering Eskişehir. The rooms are perfect. Hygiene is a priority. The room size is very good, the bathroom area spacious and the bed very comfortable. Every personnel you meet in the corridor, reception, breakfast area is smiling and welcoming. Breakfast is very good, I particularly appreciated the mask and glove measure for the open buffet. Parking is a very appreciated feature. All in all, I strongly recommend Dedeman Eskişehir.

We came to Eskistadt for an organization in Anemon's pool (an independent organ.) We preferred to stay at the same hotel again. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the workers are laughing and kind. Even if there isn't a variety of breakfast, I think it's enough. The rooms are wide and clean. The only negative part is that the places are flat. Even though they are cleaned well, they are cleaning and they are cleaning and they are cleaning and they are clearly disturbing us. The quality of sleep was very good. I recommend.

We stayed there on November 19 evening, more exactly, we made reservation of Ets as a suite room we already took 2 suite rooms in the hotel, which extended the accommodation of a famous name that was a day before and we received it. We learned that they couldn't give the room, we didn't stay at the hotel we paid for it, and they said, 'Sorry, we'll pay us your wage with my baggage.' When we discussed, the hotel director Vedat welcomed our victim in the most perfect way and sent a second primary hotel suite to us to be happy. Vedat saved the hotel's prestige in his job and the reason I gave 5 stars is that he didn't sacrifice us.

The hotel staff are clean with faces. The hotel rooms are clean. About 5 minutes. The hotel rooms serve as breakfast, the breakfast is made in the table, but the table is not always packed and processed. Tomatoes and salads are not even enough. We didn't eat. Even the high-soiled workers are wiping the corridors on the doors and talking very loudly to each other. They don't warn their children in the customer. And most importantly, you can't listen to the noise of the room when wedding is under the hotel. Most importantly, you can't find your car in the little parking.

The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there. The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling

Breakfast was average comparing with other 4 star hotels! But fresh! Air conditioning system was not working and when I turned it on I heated only noises but not even hot wind!!! The location is really good. It’s a clean hotel but it’s kinda dark at night and day time even!!! Whenever I asked about anything in the stuff did it immediately. There is no swimming pool and electric kettle by the way!!!

The old town is a beautiful hotel that can be stayed. The hotel staff are very good in cleaning and hygiene, as well as in order to offer customers quality service. We have stayed three days with our sports cafe. Thanks also to the restaurant staff who helped us with the very tasty and tasteful food that we wanted to have in the menu. What i discovered that the owner of this hotel is an ethical person he does not want to harm the environment, no plastic bottles. Even the straw is not plastic. Tooth brush is there wooden with cost price, their prices of massage are very reasonable approximation best in turkey. Eskisahir is a beautiful place tasty food river lovely people prices are cheaper that other places in turkey in addition to cold weather. Their main restaurant for dinner is very slow service but their food is brilliant Breakfast is nice but needs improvement in more variety and changing the food. Almost everyday is the same. Melisa is such lovely helpful and professional in breakfast area. Special thanks to Mr Fateh spa manager he is super helpful and professional i have also noticed that he treats his staff in a very professional and friendly way. He is great person also special thanks to zayneb and Gamze. Gamze was so helpful in booking and changing our appointment with welcoming manner. Also in reception area Mr Anil and Orkan very professional and fast and over helpful. I love this hotel. Am still staying for two nights more. Well done staff and management will love to come back to this beautiful place.

We came to Eskistadt for an organization in Anemon's pool (an independent organ.) We preferred to stay at the same hotel again. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the workers are laughing and kind. Even if there isn't a variety of breakfast, I think it's enough. The rooms are wide and clean. The only negative part is that the places are flat. Even though they are cleaned well, they are cleaning and they are cleaning and they are cleaning and they are clearly disturbing us. The quality of sleep was very good. I recommend.
