The old town is a beautiful hotel that can be stayed. The hotel staff are very good in cleaning and hygiene, as well as in order to offer customers quality service. We have stayed three days with our sports cafe. Thanks also to the restaurant staff who helped us with the very tasty and tasteful food that we wanted to have in the menu. A hotel that provides a high quality service that we can say our second home in the old town ⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏

When we announced that we wanted to take out a departure because there was a hot water problem at the hotel you wanted to stay for one night, they wanted to help immediately. They said they wanted to send another famous hotel, apologizing for many times. They even came with us to make a discount to remove our victims. They called the hotel's manager and employees and said they could help them in any case and expressed their contempt. The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there.
The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling

We went with a group and stayed in four rooms for one night. This hotel is recently remodeled and quite attractive. It is also perfectly located, immediately on the Porsuk River (the cultural focus of Eskişehir), in the middle of many, many cafes and restaurants. Our room was small but quite nice. Reception was very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to find us rooms although we checked in before noon. They have an agreement with a parking garage about 2 blocks away - not especially easy to find, but getting parking (for free) is an excellent bonus. Their dining room is beautiful, and their Turkish breakfast was excellent. Do I have any recommendations? Of course. Only three hangers in the closet was okay for us for one night, but it's really inadequate. It would be nice to have two glasses in the room - not a big deal; we took two from the dining room. It would be nice to have a stool - a chair isn't necessary and would further crowd a small room. Summary. We were very happy with this hotel. We were grateful to our local friend for recommending it. We highly recommend it to others. Reasonably priced and surprisingly upscale.

Outstanding
The location of the hotel is excellent, all services are close, and the mall is 7 minutes walking, and the view is wonderful, and the room is good and clean, but the air conditioner needs to be modified, and the room service is appropriate, and the cleaning staff is kind. I recommend it

Excellent
This was a six night booking, chosen on the location and by studying reviews of hotels in the area (of which there were quite a few). So we got there via the High Speed Train from Ankara, I guess many others will come from the Istanbul direction. Whichever, the hotel is 0.6 miles from the station; we walked and it took 12 minutes as the queue for taxis at the station made us believe we would be there for some time! If driving, there is a car park under the hotel. Check on was efficient, friendly staff with a good level of spoken English, and with two fairly high speed lifts, I was soon in my room. The room was large, with a huge and very comfortable bed, aircon, and enough storage for my stay. The adjoining bathroom was also large with a great hot shower and oodles of hot water, clean and restocked every day. Sleeping was not a problem with the comfortable bed and my room was facing a quiet direction. Sadly the free wi-fi was a bit slower than that I have become accustomed to, but was perfectly workable, although this had made the difference from a score of five to four in this review. Breakfast is from 06:30, useful for those on business, and found on the Mezzanine floor. Large room, easily enough tables, and lots of food from an extensive choice common to this sort of hotel: cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, hot options and eggs and of course all the traditional Turkish options. The breakfast staff were very efficient. So location. Well of course that depends on what you are town for! For us it worked perfectly for work, but directly opposite the hotel is a modern medium sized mall fronted with a Starbucks (debate whether this is a good or a bad thing) and with a terrific selection of places to eat and drink inside, most with optional outdoor seating. While these may be defined as primarily western eateries, within minutes are more traditional (albeit modern) venues. The centre of Eskisehir is walkable, but I guess a taxi might be the preferred choice, and there were always taxis on tap passing outside. I was really pleased to have booked my stay here, as were my work colleagues who followed my lead. Recommended, and if returning next year, will stay again.

TTri_MLocation is very good. Just in the edge if central tourism area; in between two tram stations. Room is spacious, with kettle and daily complimentary cup water, tea bags and coffee. Breakfast is decent, standard turkish breakfast, and with cappuchino machine that you can use anytime when breakfast time.

NNagasakiThe room was almost full of beds and shelves. The kitchen had free water, the tableware was rich and convenient to bring hot water and cups boiled in the room. Even in summer, it was comfortable because it was a cool area without air conditioning. There was no elevator, so it was hard to carry a large luggage 3F.

Very Good
It is now our second visit to this wonderfull hotel, which is nearby the city center. Rooms and service is excellent. Feels like we are at our home, personnel are very kind and feels like family. Our special thanks goes to hotel manager mr Deniz,mrs Mine, bellboys Yener & Yasin, restaurant keeper mrs Nurhan and cleaning girls.
