Breakfast is not bad. The room is wide and the sanitary conditions are ok. Good location.

Very new hotel, the shape is very artistic, I stayed here twice in winter and summer, watching the snow scene in winter on the balcony, watching the sunset in summer, and experiencing quiet time

I stayed here for 1 night. I was visiting Esbjerg to watch football in the Danish Superliga. I travelled by train from Copenhagen Airport to Esbjerg with a change in Odense. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the train station is the town centre. The receptionist was very polite and happy. However,it did take a long time for someone to come along and check me in. I recommend that they have a bell system for the customer to ring on arrival, if no one is in reception. The room and shower was quite small. It was sufficient for my requirements but I wasn't able to turn the shower on. Deslite trying, I gave up as i was worried about breaking it. The breakfast was ok. The choice was fine but the items did not seem to get replenished. I didn't see any member of staff refill any item on offer and I came down to breakfast at about 8.45am. There didn't seem to be enough staff about. When I left the hotel, the reception was empty and I had to wait. That wasn't a problem but if the hotel could have a call button it would help no end. I walked to the football stadium and back which is on the edge of town. It took me about 45 minutes. After the game I went to a local bar called Little London. It was a 5 minute walk away behind the Brittania Hotel down in the basement. It was a great find.

This was the hotel with the most ”international” standard among all of those we were in Denmark. The room was well furnished and spacious (we had a family room with the third bed for our daughter). At the arrival they have a small happy bag for children with a few cakes, stickers and colouring leaves. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and comfortable. After we had confronted with the rather low standards and the little cleaning of other hotels in Denmark, we were just a night here.
