Not the same standards I used to compared other hotel brands. You need to request room cleaning and often it didn’t happen. No removal of the room services tray even not with room cleaning. Bed are very soft. Restaurant is okay for dinner. There is something wrong with the Elevator. I would not recommend to stay here for business.

Hotel Britannia Esbjerg staff are excellent, polite friendly helpful and attentive, spotless Hotel and surrounding area, breakfast and all food was excellent at the Hotel. Wonderful surroundings good bars and restaurants. Plenty of history to discover. Fano Island across on a short ferry trip is a lovely place to visit .

The photos and rating do not do this property justice. Gorgeous room and hotel, food was delicious, staff were exceptional. Location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Esbjerg.

As we are both elderly we like a bit of service for the room. We were told by the receptionist that they are an environmental hotel so we do not clean or hand out towels. You can ask for towels when you think you need them. These are all 4 star hotels so I am disappointed that there is such a lack of service. The hotel is very centrally located so that is a plus but we would not stay there again.
