Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof durch einen schönen Park geht es oberhalb der City vorbei an denkmalgeschützten Häusern zum Hotel. Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat sogar einen Lautsprecher im Bad, welcher Fernseher oder Radio akustisch wiedergibt. Der Tagungsraum ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und auch das obligatorische Tagungseasen hat geschmeckt. Wer nicht direkt im Trubel der Innenstadt übernachten möchte, ist im schönen Hotel richtig.

Ich hatte für 1 Nacht gebucht und war zum check-in bereits um 13 Uhr da, 2 Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-in um 15 Uhr. Da das Zimmer bereits frei war, hätte ich das Zimmer schon vorzeitig beziehen können,allerdings, wie mir die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption erklärte, gegen Zahlung von 25 € zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis. Da blieb mir dann doch die Spucke weg; sowas nenne ich geldschneidern, im Mittelalter stand darauf 1 Jahr Kerker bei Wasser und Brot.

Waren vor 2 Jahren schon mal übers Wochenende hier. Jetzt wieder 4 Tage Kurzurlaub. Alles war top, vom Empfang über den Service und den Zimmern. So wie es sein soll .Keine "verbogene" Freundlichkeit, sondern Herz erfrischende Natürlichkeit des Personals. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder. Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Tiefgarage vorhanden und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein paar Stationen zum Zentrum.

Sehr große schöne Zimmer. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war top, immer sehr sauber. Lob an das Mädl. Essen gut und reichlich, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Der Seminarraum entsprach den Forderungen. Komme gerne mal wieder in das zentral gelegene Hotel

Wir haben in diesem Hotel ein wunderbares Wochenende verbracht . Das Zimmer war groß und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, das Badezimmer ebenfalls groß mit ausreichend Ablageflächen und unter anderem einem Schmink-bzw. Rasierspiegel ausgestattet, das WLAN ist kostenlos und stabil, eine Minibar und ein Safe sind auch vorhanden. Da man sich hier in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße befindet, kann man ohne Lärm bei offenen Fenster gut schlafen. Die Erfurter Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, mit der Tram ( Haltestelle unweit des Hotels) benötigt man 10 Minuten. Fahrkarten hierfür stellt Victor‘s Residenz kostenlos für den gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Am Wochenende kann man bis 11.00 Uhr frühstücken, perfekt für Langschläfer wie wir es sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals - vom Check in, über das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück bis hin zum Barkeeper. Wir werden auf alle Fälle dort erneut übernachten.

Das schlichte Äußere des Hotelgebäudes steht im Gegensatz zu den geräumigen Zimmern und der schönen Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war top und auf alle Wünsche oder Kritik wurde sofort eingegangen. Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und damit auch an einer lauten Kreuzung, aber durch die Fenster und Außenrollläden fand ich das nicht störend. Da wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren, war die Bar noch nicht so gut sortiert, aber das war auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten ein klare Empfehlung, vor allem für den Service.

In diesem Hotel passt der Service sehr gut und es verfügt über sehr große Zimmer. Alles ist immer sauber und das Frühstück ist auch wunderbar. Man kann dieses Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen. Auch verkehrstechnisch liegt es gut und man bekommt sogar ein kostenloses StraßenbahnTicket, um ins Zentrum zu fahren.
