The hygiene is quite poor... The floor of the shower room is yellow and has not been cleaned at first glance, and there is mold in the corners... I ran downstairs to the car to get a pair of my own plastic slippers and put them on to take a shower. It was terrible for the first time. The shower room is so dirty! The environment, facilities and services are all OK. Mainly when I bring my children out and look at the shower room, I will feel very uneasy about this B&B. The bathroom is so easy to take care of, but it can be so dirty... Oh, by the way, there are stains on the bedside... I don't know what happened to be on the pillow. Bit ***…………

民宿環境很好，有棋牌室，有KTV這些都是供客人免費玩的，還有兩個大茶室，沒事了可以在裏面區泡泡茶喝，還有個小花園，，晚上歇歇涼還是挺巴適的，房間也挺大，住着也舒服，推薦一下他們家的餐，都是本地菜，特別推薦一下他們家的包子，跟外面賣的真的不一樣，太好吃了簡直，下次來恩施還來這裏！

這次來恩施，定了二個標間，住花築，知道這應該是很好的，沒想到一個是衞生間的瓷磚從上到下，二米多全裂縫了，希望店裡修一下，二是晚上的卡拉OK真有點鬧，一直唱到晚上十點多。真是無語。

入住第一天覺得酒店還可以，比較清爽，團購價位也合適，就當即續住了。
服務：沒有特別的感覺。
酒店位置在停車場邊上，女兒城邊緣（但女兒城不大，隨便走走也很合適）。
早餐很不怎麼樣，不過送的也就將就着吃着，不餓肚子就好了。而且吃早餐的餐廳是一張大圓桌，光線比較暗。

名宿就在景區內，優點，離停車場很近。不需要帶着行李走很多路。基本就在門口。
設施相對老舊，應該開了蠻久，沒有電梯，但是衞生做的不錯。
定的家庭親子套房，看到圖片上有個樂高，但是實際上，樂高也丟的七七八八了，沒多少塊了，等於沒啥玩的。衹能説是套房，不能加親子兩字。這個有待提升。
作為名宿，提供早餐且免費，真心不錯。做早餐的老闆很熱情，感覺很好。整體不錯。入住愉快。
