Location is convenient. Price is good. The room charge is not including breakfast. I had ordered buffet breakfast at their coffee house.,Price is cheap and have a lot of delicious food for choice. I highly recommend this hotel for those need to stay 1 night to catch up early flight at new Chitose airport.

Better deal booked via trip.com, 2adults+1kid, we booked an executive room with 4 single bed, 3 breakfast. Spacious room with sofa, a small living hall. Good location and service. But there was road work carried out from late night to next morning, luckily the noise didn't bother us much. Breakfast was ok.

We arrived early i. e before the checked in time but the hotel allowed us to check-in and leave our luggage. They transferred all our luggage into our rooms. The room was compact but have all the basic amenities. The location is within a reasonable walking distance and easy to identify from the Chitose Station. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with the Hotel.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Chitose station, which is 15 minutes and 2 stations from New Chitose Airport. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable and absolutely very good value for money. Downstairs is a restaurant, and although everything is in Japanese, it can quite easily be mastered with the present day’s apps for translation. The service is very friendly and the price is more than good. We had several lovely dishes and a lot of cold beers and were still surprised how modest the bill had run up. In the morning a shuttle bus to the airport is offered at various time intervals, it takes you there in about 15 minutes. Excellent place to stay in its class.

I don't know if everyone can have breakfast in the lobby (continental breakfast) or more than 30 levels (not sure the exact series, but really high) to choose to eat Japanese or Chinese breakfast. My wife and I chose Japanese style, and what surprised us was the high quality ingredients here. We ate snow crab sauce soup and local fresh fish, and many other side dishes! If the hotel offers a choice, our suggestion is to go to the restaurant on the 30th floor, the scenery is super beautiful, and it gives people an exclusive sense of dignity. I didn't give it a full score because the hotel is not connected to the train station. Coupled with the dizzy, there is no sense of direction, moving the luggage from the train station to the hotel will be a bit difficult, especially in winter. Finally, although the hotel is not in the city, it is very convenient to go to the city and the airport. I think if the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, it may attract more tourists.
