Location is convenient. Price is good. The room charge is not including breakfast. I had ordered buffet breakfast at their coffee house.,Price is cheap and have a lot of delicious food for choice. I highly recommend this hotel for those need to stay 1 night to catch up early flight at new Chitose airport.

Better deal booked via trip.com, 2adults+1kid, we booked an executive room with 4 single bed, 3 breakfast. Spacious room with sofa, a small living hall. Good location and service. But there was road work carried out from late night to next morning, luckily the noise didn't bother us much. Breakfast was ok.

We arrived early i. e before the checked in time but the hotel allowed us to check-in and leave our luggage. They transferred all our luggage into our rooms. The room was compact but have all the basic amenities. The location is within a reasonable walking distance and easy to identify from the Chitose Station. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with the Hotel.

It is a relatively cheap part of the business hotel near chitose station, but the service is more than the passing point. There is no problem with the front desk staff, the coffee service in the lobby, and the making of the room. Especially recommended is the content of Japanese food for breakfast (８８０ yen). There are many side dishes in the form of a fixed meal, and the taste is good with the contents of the true baked goods, how much, etc., Hokkaido feels. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Chitose station, which is 15 minutes and 2 stations from New Chitose Airport. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable and absolutely very good value for money. Downstairs is a restaurant, and although everything is in Japanese, it can quite easily be mastered with the present day’s apps for translation. The service is very friendly and the price is more than good. We had several lovely dishes and a lot of cold beers and were still surprised how modest the bill had run up. In the morning a shuttle bus to the airport is offered at various time intervals, it takes you there in about 15 minutes. Excellent place to stay in its class.

There is no one at the hotel to check in. The first check-in requires some effort. It is not suitable if you have an early flight. It is a completely barren place... There is not even a supermarket... You can't get a taxi in the morning. Generally speaking, the hotel room is good, but the surrounding area is inconvenient.

There is a step between the bedroom, tatami room, and tea, so I operated the switch of the light in the room to sleep a little brighter, but it didn't work, so I didn't do it. Please turn on the light between the floors I slept (even this is bright), it was very quiet and I slept well probably because I didn't stay much because it was a weekday, I woke up in the morning and took an open-air bath in the room, and if there was an open-air bath in the room, you can put it in whenever you like. It was good, you can have coffee and croissants with water in the lounge on the first floor in the morning, so you may want to wait a little in the lounge. There is no convenience store around Tomakomai, so it seems to be careful because it becomes Family Mart or 7-Eleven from Family Mart Chitose.

We went during the ski season. Because they were gold members of Starwood, they took the initiative to upgrade the room. We are on the 27th floor and can enjoy Hokkaido in the snow. The hotel is the tallest building in that area, so the view is very beautiful. The rooms are quite large by Japanese standards. However, the design in the room looks outdated and needs to be renovated. Although this didn't destroy anything, we felt that everything looked old. I don't know if everyone can have breakfast in the lobby (continental breakfast) or more than 30 levels (not sure the exact series, but really high) to choose to eat Japanese or Chinese breakfast. My wife and I chose Japanese style, and what surprised us was the high quality ingredients here. We ate snow crab sauce soup and local fresh fish, and many other side dishes! If the hotel offers a choice, our suggestion is to go to the restaurant on the 30th floor, the scenery is super beautiful, and it gives people an exclusive sense of dignity. I didn't give it a full score because the hotel is not connected to the train station. Coupled with the dizzy, there is no sense of direction, moving the luggage from the train station to the hotel will be a bit difficult, especially in winter. Finally, although the hotel is not in the city, it is very convenient to go to the city and the airport. I think if the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport, it may attract more tourists.
