When we arrived. They gave us a room on 4th floor.
We get to room..and to much to our dismay the room wasn't ready. Garbage in trash cans. Beds weren't made. Dirty towels on floor.
So we went back down stairs and told manager. He said they are ready. We'll I showed him pictures. So he went up and checked.
He came back and apologized. Checked on another room and said it was ready.
We went back up and it was done.
So around 11:30-1 am a very bad fight broke out on our floor. I had to call front desk and they could see on camera the fight. It was bad . We were afraid that it might get worse. Cops were called.
We didn't get much sleep.

The only thing I was disappointed about was the breakfast. They only had two cereals to choice from and no muffins.
The good thing is I checked in with a leg injury and had to use a walker and the young man at the front desk was very helpful. Even so far as going out to my car and getting my bags and making sure I got into my room safely. Also made a second trip back to my car when I realized I forgot my cell phone charger.
The room and bathroom w
were clean and very comfortable. Had both a microwave and refrigerator. The only thing I didn't care for was the mismatched chair and ottoman. Looked like they both needed to be replaced.

The hotel is very outdated and the rooms are way overdue for a complete redo. One of the rooms the toilet seat was just about completely off and food left from previous person. The smell was horrible thorough out the lobby.

They cleaned our room the second day but not the third. I had to go down and ask for clean towels and they only had bath towels available, nothing else. Breakfast was very good all three days. Staff very good, friendly and were willing to help.

Had to change rooms because of hair found all over bed. 2nd room had crumbs on one of the beds. People in the room next to us had loud music all night long and were talking loudly over the music, hallway smelled heavily of smoke. I called the front desk around 3am to get someone to get the music turned off and was told they’d do something about it but nothing happened. Finally around 5am the music was turned off. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Front desk people weren’t the problem, they were very polite just didn’t help the music situation. Breakfast was fine. Overall I wouldn’t stay In this hotel ever again if I can help it.

Had one of the one bedroom suites with the soaking tub. The room above used the tub late at night and it sounded like a fire hydrant was pouring down the wall. Also, every step they took was like a stampede from above. The breakfast wasn’t edible and the eating area cramped. The entire place seemed dirty.
