Overall, our stay was very pleasant. One night, a family stayed in the room above us and their kids were running around in the middle of the night...
bathtub had a slow drain.....and operating the TV was difficult because they give you a simple remote that doesnt give you access to the picture settings. the price was great and the place was clean and safe.

The only downfall was the lack of hot water in the shower. Took a very long time to warm up and never got to a desirable temperature.

I love 3pm ch3ck ins and 12pm check outs, my only complaint was that the water was luke warm, we rented a jetted tub king suite for relaxing and got to use the tub once due to water temp. Being low. Breakfast was amazing and bed was so comfy and the hotel is very very clean

We arrived and check in was easy, got to our room and it had a jacuzzi in it. Tried to use it and there wasn’t any hot water. So we decided to go to the pool area to go on the hot tub. There was at least a dozen unsupervised kids in the pool area. Another gentlemen called the front desk and she came in and said something to them. A parent finally came after a kid called him to come down. The heater in our room was blowing out cold air until about 4 am. I did let the desk know but since the room was prepaid they couldn’t do anything.

We got to check in a little early. Room was very clean. Pool was nice. Beds we not that comfortable but that was the only negative thing for this stay. I’d recommend this place.

The black dirt-like particles in the king bed were bothersome and ruined an otherwise good stay. Hotel personnel said they would have the maintenance man and professional pest control inspect the particles and the hotel would call me back…..haven’t heard from them yet as of today;12/12
