Beach Club Doganay Hotel - All Inclusive
4.3/541 Reviews
The hotel A la carte restaurants were not open, the food was the same each day, the only fresh fruit was oranges and apples. The breakfast was the same each day. The dining area was packed, everyone was running around looking for a seat otherwise you had to sit out in the smoking area. There was no ice cream at all. There was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea bags or coffee or sugar, and no water in the fridge. There was no kids club. There was only one day offering a daytime activity as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere there was nowhere to walk to and nothing to do. When complaining to the hotel they said it is 'Seasonal' however this was not advertised on their website when I booked it, if 'Seasonal' had been shown online then I would have booked a different hotel. The beach area was small with torn sunbeds cushions. If this was advertised as a 3 star hotel then I would have no other expectations and would be happy with what I paid but I feel like I have been ripped off paying for 5 star and them not delivering 5 star quality. Positivity - some of the staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the hotel lounge area was nice. Rooms were cleaned each day.
Tui Blue Pascha Bay

Our room 6205 is spacious, the view is very beautiful beyond words. At first we were afraid that the walk would be long and far, but it turned out to be bearable. But mostly we walked, it’s tolerable, but you won’t gain extra pounds 😁 The animation is great, the fire show is super. I would like to mention Simon and Ikay. The staff is very polite, although they speak very little Russian, some don’t speak Russian at all. Excursions were bought across the road from Polat (underground passage), cheaper than from the tour operator (although the latter beat themselves in the chest that they reduced them this year). I thank Polat. All excursions went without problems. Prices in the store on the beach + are the same as in the store near the Sales Tour, a little cheaper.
Senza Garden Holiday Club - Ultra All Inclusive
4/544 Reviews
We have just had our first family holiday at Senza Hotel with our two little girls age 4 and 5. We read the reviews and were a little dubious however we have had an amazing time. The other reviews are correct it is very hilly and steep in some areas however this has not been an issue to us and if it was the bus operates frequently to take people up and down to the pool and beach areas. Food is great, lots of choices and all workers are so good. Animation team are great, Yakub was extremely friendly and helpful.
