The territory is very large.
But it does not correspond to the name Garden: the area of the hotel is large, but not well-groomed, I have never seen people who cleaned something. I arrived at the hotel in the rain: the staff did not prepare a place in the restaurant, as a result, vacationers could not find a place to eat. Senza saves on service personnel. There is basically no animation. There is activity of people for paid services (hammam / massage, shopping trips, etc.) the rooms are large,

Don't listen to the negative reviews, our room was spotless, the food was great with an excellent selection. The only negative is the uphill walks to get to various points but the hotel has a shuttle service running every few minutes so it's not really a problem. Really enjoying it.

We have just had our first family holiday at Senza Hotel with our two little girls age 4 and 5. We read the reviews and were a little dubious however we have had an amazing time. The other reviews are correct it is very hilly and steep in some areas however this has not been an issue to us and if it was the bus operates frequently to take people up and down to the pool and beach areas. Food is great, lots of choices and all workers are so good. Animation team are great, Yakub was extremely friendly and helpful.

We have just had our holiday at Senza hotel and have had a lovely time with our little girls. Food is lovely, rooms are nice and Yakub from the animation team was really nice and friendly, he got everyone involved in activities would recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is not bad, but they have no indoor bar and there are too many hills so we’re on holiday but all we do is walk. The food is disgusting I haven’t ate anything here and I have stomach pain the rooms were dirty and we’ve had spiders and ants in there, some people were helpful but some people in the reception just didn’t help and were rude And my girlfriend had health issues and no one helped at the reception no one drove us to the hotel room so we had to walk. But the trips were great and I’ve enjoyed the trips and the weather was good as well. So I don’t recommend the hotel to anyone there are better hotels for this price peace.

I loved this place from the atmosphere to the variety of food. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The reception staff were very helpful and always checking if I was ok. The entertainment was too notch every day something there to entertain all. The hotel is spread out around the hill side however, the hotel laid on transport every 30 minutes to take those less able up to their rooms if required. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views from the balcony. Can't fault the place. Fabulous time, wished I had booked a longer stay. Rachel xx
