Great air conditioning and spacious room

Very nice and well equipped hotel. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient and delicious. The pool was great too!

The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and reimbursement from airport transportation.

Everything about this location is great, food close by beach not far. Staff is my favorite asset that comes with this location. Everyone is very genuine and personable. I highly recommend this place.

The price was great it was conveniently close to the airport and located a in a safe area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean and in great condition.

Only complaint was that the air conditioner in room was extremely loud. Sounded like there was a semi truck right by the room revving its engine. We shut it off. Nice it wasn’t a hot evening. Room was very clean and had everything you needed including coffee & even popcorn. Breakfast was decent. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereals, yogurts, fruit, etc. Checkin staff very personable & breakfast lady really helpful & nice.

When we arrived at the property we were immediately informed that the pool was closed and they were renovating it, however there was NO work being done while we were there. If we had known the pool was not available we would have stayed in our Palm Springs hotel an extra night.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The first was back in 2019. There was some renovating going on at the time, so it wasn't a perfect stay. However, this time around everything looked great, and was a near-perfect stay. Only a couple of suggestions to make it superb: Since housekeeping is by request only, there should be more explanation of what you can and cannot request as far as amenities. There are no booklets or online information given in the room. Yes, I know the television channel is supposed to be your guide...but, guests need a guide to explain that. Things are a little too pared down now. Breakfast buffet - not so creative. What would it take to add a couple more menu choices in the rotation? Also, it's weird to still provide paper plates bowls/plastiware. C'mon, the pandemic is over...if you want to be superb, offer real plates/bowls and flatware daily. My building/room was non-smoking, but there was a very slight odor to the room that shouldn't be there. It was weird and couldn't really figure out what was causing it. The kitchen suite stock was barely covering the basics. You should provide normal sized dinner plates for entrees- not salad plates. So, my stay this time was Excellent, but not Superb. Great job on everything else, and I will be returning on my next LA stay!!

Home away from home ! We have family living in LA so we visit 2 times a year and this hotel is our favorite place to stay ! We love love it here ! All front staffs are awesome,great quality breakfast , clean room ,clean hotel and quiet ! Perfect for us !!!! Thank you Andy and Residence Inn El Segundo 👍👍👍

I felt safe at the property as a person who was traveling alone. However, there weren't a lot of dining areas close by (although a new Panera was soon to open across the street). Overall, I would stay here again.

I can’t remember the desk clerk’s name but she was absolutely amazing very welcoming and pleasant. Helped multiple people always with a smile and graciousness. Room and outside pool was fantastic. Kids really enjoyed themselves.
