Das Rindsentrecote wurde Medium bestellt, es kam beinahe durchgegart. Die Pommes waren dünn und ölig. Meine Rösti und die sauce zu Zürichgeschnetzelten ganz o.k. Das Kalbsgeschnetzelte war zäh. Zu lange in der warmen Sauce. Schnipo trocken. Ob ich wieder komme? Muß es mir noch überlegen...

OK, wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel gebucht. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung nicht übermässig Gross, aber zweckmässig und sauber. Das Restaurant, hammer. Stimmte alles, das Fleisch auf den Punkt Medium. Gemüse, Salat, alles top. Ist zu empfehlen. Bitte reservieren.
