After looking at the prices on Tripadvisor, I decided to check the hotel website. They have a cyclist arrangement 2 nights for €190,-- including two 3-course evening meals. That is only € 8,-- more than 2 separate nights. The meals were average, not fantastic but well worth the money. The single rooms were very small, with a mini bathroom. Quite noisy and no ventilation in the room, the window wouldn't open. Bed was ok, Wifi worked well enough. Very good an friendly staff, the only thing I would suggest: get better and larger paper napkins with the dinner, what they had was dismal.

2 persoons kamer geboekt. Erg veel zin in ons uitje gehad, tot wij de kamer zagen. Werden in kamernummer 3 gepropt (zolderkamer) ik ben 1 meter 98 groot en deze kamer heeft aan twee kanten een schuin dak. Gelijk bij de balie geweest om aan te geven dat ik niet fatsoenlijk door de kamer kon bewegen zonder mijn hoofd tegen de muren te stoten. Reactie van een van de medewerkers: " u moet het er maar mee doen, ik heb niks anders" Nog aangegeven dat deze kamer niet op het plaatje van de kamers bij de boeking stond ( site van het hotel zelf ) hierop was de reactie van de medewerker erg nors en snauwde : " ik heb nog nooit klachten gehad over die kamer" waarop ik aangaf dat deze kamer voor iemand met mijn lengte echt geen pretje is. Vervolgens snauwde de medewerker: " Ik kan er nu niks aan doen, het is heel erg druk in de zaak" ( volgens mij waren wij ook betalende gasten ?) waarop mijn vrouw aangaf dat we dan de volgende morgen nog wel even terug zouden komen na het ontbijt. Hierop werd weer erg bot en sarcastisch gereageerd:" Kun je doen maar we gaan hier verder niks mee doen" " dit personeel heeft erg veel hart voor de gast en is erg oplossingsgericht" mocht u een hotel zoeken in Eersel zoek dan vooral verder en sla dit hotel over.

Hotelkamers liggen achteraan het gebouw waardoor heel rustig. Proper. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook afgesloten fietsberging. Kamers zijn donker daar de badkamer aan de venster ligt. Groot minpunt is dat de doorgang naar het hotel vol containers met vuilnis, lege bakken, stoelen, tafels, fietsen .....staat. wat zeer slordig oogt en naar ruikt.
