Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in right away. The King room had a great view of downtown Edmonton. I enjoyed the business lounge access with evening aperitifs, the view of the city from the lounge and it was amazing to watch the sunset in the evening. Having breakfast included in my room rates was a great addition to the booking as it was convenient for me. You can also watch the sunrise if you get to the lounge early enough to get a seat by the window while having your breakfast there.

When I got into the hotel, the ambiance was cozy and nice. I love the elegant old style look. The security will greet you as soon as you come in and the receptionists were helpful. When we went to our room, t'was a little small for a two full bed suite. There were only 2 pillows each bed and there's no microwave oven nor refrigerator. There's only 1 bath towel as well so me and my spouse had to wait for it to dry up a lil bit before we can use it again. They have a "public parking" at the hotel but you have to pay $25/night and it's my first time to encounter paying for hotel parking where you're booked. It was not a bad stay and overall, i'll give it a 3.5/5.😊

The front desk was very kind, we stayed here for 3 days and never got asked if we needed towels or coffee or anything, nor was our room even asked to be cleaned. The continental breakfast was decent and handy. The pool area is decent for a smaller town. There was lots of homeless around this hotel, it felt unsafe.

Service was good. I wasn’t able to go to the gym. The cafe was closed. I haven’t tried the food. The drinks are good.

The hotels here all have a sense of history. Although they are not new hotels, the basic hardware is OK and the infrastructure is good. The human service is average. For business activities, I chose this hotel nearby.

The location was convenient and the cleanliness was not bad. However, the soundproofing was poor, so I could hear the noise from the hallway. Overall, the outdated furniture was disappointing.

We were disappointed by the exorbitant fee for parking. They also do not replenish supplies in the room if you are staying for more than one night so we had to remember to ask for coffee at the front desk and reuse the paper cups from the previous day. The plug would not stay in the tub, so my son could not have a bath before bed. The location was great but the hotel itself was not.

This hotel is so run down. The bedding was terrible, pillows uncomfortable. We were put in a room right next to the elevator, and there was noise and fights until 5am. Had to call security who removed the guests. It’s a shady crowd kind of hotel unfortunately.

The hotel was great, however the climate control system was not functioning properly so it got extremely hot in the night. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay there.
