We stayed in a double-room, non smoking, at the highest floor as well. It is more spacious than the twin-room, meaning that we can open our large size luggage at a corner.

The hotel has a good location. The room size was just right, not small at all, and we could open two suitcases comfortably. There's hotel parking available for a fee of ¥1000. Amenities can be picked up in the lobby. The hotel has an elevator and a vending machine.

This hotel has a very retro vibe. Overall, the room was quite good, except for a slight odor in the bathroom. Most other things were acceptable.

Good location — you can easily walk to Matsumoto Castle and of nearby restaurants. Amenities are well provided, including premium shampoo to try. They also provide sleepwear and a hair dryer, which is very convenient.

Quiet room, nice breakfast though some food we considered more suitable for lunch :) change of towels every day, can store luggage. nice that food for breakfast slightly changed on the next day. close to the matsumoto castle, 7/11 and train station also view of the river with cherry trees 🤌

The location is good for sakura lover. The hotel is in front of Metoba River. My stay is great because I can’t hear outside noise in fifth floor and you can’t smell cigarettes except for wifi connection,it was suck and disappointing. Ps: Their pillow is weird

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We found parking right in front of the hotel for 1,000 yen, and it was valid until 10 AM.

Our family of four booked a Japanese-style room. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The best part was the breakfast, only 550 yen per person and absolutely worth it. The curry was especially delicious!

I stayed here again after several years. The front desk staff were great, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious! (I highly recommend the morning curry.) I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The room is small but perfectly adequate for one person. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but the bathtub was clean. I think it's a great place to stop and rest before or after a hike. There were many foreign guests, and the front desk staff were friendly.

The hotel is a 6-minute walk from the station. The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Matsumoto.

Great location-near train station. Hotel is located by the river. Good simple Japanese breakfast with some Western bread.

The hotel service very good, we accidentally booked a smoking room, but they do provide air purifier upon request, sadly not much help, but it's okay, the hotel do provide parking with charge around 1000yen, the breakfast simple but very delicious, location very good, just 5 to 10 minutes walks to walking street and station nearby.
