The hotel manager offered to check the second identity document, which I hold is very legal and valid, and I have never encountered such a situation during the trip. 4. I want to check out late. According to what happened when I checked in, I asked if I could pay half a day for my late check-out. Different staff gave me different answers, and one of them asked me to pay for another day. The rules of this hotel are changing at any time! 4. Important key points! ! ! The hotel manager is a middle-aged woman. When she checked in, her face was ashen. It doesn't matter if she doesn't smile, at least she should have a kind and friendly attitude. When I checked out, I met the manager again, and she still had an ugly face. I asked her if she was unhappy all day, and she gave a smirk. Every hotel has its own rules, which I respect. But the hotel service industry should have a certain work ethic and should make travelers feel comfortable. On the contrary, it made me feel cold and even suspect it was racial discrimination.
