Lovely boutique hotel. Perfectly placed for the Festival Theatre. Comfortable with friendly staff. Reasonably priced in February.

Very good location with 5 to 10 minutes walk to the train station and the main attractions of Edinburgh. Room is large and clean.

This hotel was great!
Location was very good, close to main tourist attractions like the Royal Mile and close to major bus routes if you don’t feel like walking.
The room felt very spacious and comfortable.
It’s near great Chinese restaurants that someone who lives in China appreciates as the restaurants are run by Chinese people and the food tastes authentic and delicious.
They also sell their own gin that is made on site and the gin is really good! If you like gin, try their 1505 and then buy a bottle. Very worth it!
