Great location! Very friendly service and breakfast selections were good. Love the room esp it has a kitchenette.
The only negative feedback was housekeeping came very late.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was overall very good. The location was exceptional. The rooms were so handy and practical, there was a quite functional and almost fully equipped kitchen and there was even a washing machine. I was planning to have breakfast outside - in a coffee shop or bakery, but i changed my plans to have my breakfast in the room sine the room was like studio and had given me a cosy feeling in the middle of the city center. The only downfall was that instead of keycards, they gave me a pincode (like numeric password) to open the doors and the codes were hand written by receptions and handed to customers just like that. This seemed to me not very safe while it may sound somehow practical to some other people in other ways. Maybe i need to get used to it if this method is going to be applied everywhere in the future, who knows.

Wonderful accommodation! Perfect location, near the castle. If going to the hotel from the train station with heavy luggage, consider walking along the road as the steps to the hotel can be really exhausting.

Very centrally located. Big, apartment-style rooms. Good service at front desk. Restaurant is run by a different group and was so-so, but lots of options surrounding the hotel.

The front desk staff was very welcoming after our late checking. He took us and showed us the room all by himself. Very nice guy. And yeh we got room upgraded.
The room was spacious, clean, very luxurious, bed was super good, pillow good, and the Aarn brand for shampoo and body lotion was amazing. Also the boss speaker inside the room was fantastic.
On the other hand the room were very dark. The fan in the rest room was loud. There was no room phone surprisingly.
And in the late night it gets bit loud. Can hear people talking outside.
Other than that we had a very homely feeling.
The room was the in the other side of the building, so there was no view.

Had a fantastic stay, we actually booked this hotel by mistake, thinking we had booked their sister hotel at St Andrews sq., but we are so glad we did. The apartments are furnished to the highest standards and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous right across from St Giles Cathedral with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, also just a short walk to Princess St. Will definitely be back
