This is my third time stay at Hampton Inn Federal Way.
Wr are now at Room 310 one king bed.
Shower water is lukeworm warm. I called first then went down to see Loila at front desk whom told me she sent text message to GM and maintentenance, but received no response. I had to call het again at 10:15 pm after didn't hear back and let Loila know i am in bed, but not happy.
My complaints are:
1. Booked thtough ******* , confirned for 2 queen bed room , given a king. Staff not able to correctly accomodate customers. Inadequate customer service.
2. Facility issue ( showet water is cold) raised, hotel has not treated it with priority. There sermd only one front desk person workibg. Lack of customer service.
I was told after 10pm the hotel is not fully booked and had rooms available. We are in bed.. 8am game day.
Please fix the issue, improve service level. So no other customer will suffer.
