TopParken – Bospark Ede

Date of stay: January 12 to January 14 We, as a foundation, recently booked a holiday home with you for our employees with the expectation of a comfortable and clean stay. Unfortunately we have to report that our experience was far from positive and it forced us to write this review. Upon arrival we quickly discovered that the cottage was in an extremely unsanitary state. The beds were not made and a duvet was even completely missing. We also found dirty socks, candy wrappers and even a cigarette on the floor. A large puddle of water was next to one of the beds, which was not only unpleasant, but potentially dangerous. The house clearly suffered from deferred maintenance, with a broken chair and mold in several places. The shower cubicle was filled with sand, and remarkably we even found a cucumber sticker on the heater. This suggests not only a lack of cleaning, but also a total lack of attention to the quality of the accommodation. The missing duvets meant that one of our employees had to seek shelter elsewhere at the last minute, which was very inconvenient, especially considering the purpose of our stay: work combined with overnight accommodation. After contacting you by email afterwards, you were unfortunately not prepared to find compensation or a solution. This experience has not only damaged our confidence, but also defeated the intended purpose of booking a holiday home for our employees. We hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar situations in the future. It is very important that customers can at least count on a clean and comfortable stay when they book accommodation with you. Yours sincerely,

We were warned about construction work, but we can live with the fact that the sandwich service was not active. But it was not reported that no facilities were available. Not even a bite to eat and in the evening it looks more like a ghost park with some lost migrant workers than a holiday park. Signage is completely missing. Never with a “top park” for us.

Upon arrival we were told that the restaurant kitchen was being renovated. Snack bar would be open. Stood in front of a closed door this evening despite asking at reception. Very bad Top Parks. Other visitors also walked back to their bungalows in vain.

Wij zijn met 11 vriendinnen een lang weekend weg geweest naar Bospark Ede in een 14 pers. Villa met 2 jacuzzi's en een sauna. We hadden een privé parkeerterrein, ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden en 2 badkamers. Wij miste een bbq buiten, de afvoer in de badkamers liep niet goed door. Verder is de villa echt een aanrader, vlakbij de bossen, in de buurt van centrum Ede. Aanrader: met de e- chopper door de bossen

Hier een lijst met redenen om niet naar Topparken Bospark Ede te gaan: - kapotte cv (dat begin maart); - dood ongedierte in de bedden; - ongedierte in het huis; - kapotte bedlakens; - vieze wanden; - vies servies in de kasten; - kapotte pannen; - vaatwasser vol bruin afvalwater; - arrogante parkbeheerder; - service nalatig.

Fantastisch recent gerenoveerd park vlakbij de Veluwe. Vooral de nieuwe Silva huisjes zien er prachtig uit, zeker die met wellness faciliteiten. Modern en gezellig ingericht. De huisjes vlakbij het hoofdgebouw hebben uitzicht op het buitenzwembad. De negatieve recensies door bouwoverlast zijn te begrijpen, maar die bouw heeft gelukkig dus wel tot iets moois geleid. Wij komen hier zeker nog terug.

Geen handhaving. Om 17.00 sluit de receptie en daarna gaat de volumeknop op tien en gaan de schorre tienerkelen los. Het knallende geluid houdt het midden tussen een kermis en gabberhouse feest. Eerste en laatste keer op park bosmongoolrijk.
