Situated on the Eastbourne seafront, with views over the Pavillion Gardens and the beach, Breakers Bed and Breakfast offers easy access to the town centre and Eastbourne Pier, a 10-minute walk away. All rooms are individually decorated and feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. All double rooms have a small silent fridge. All rooms have an en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. The smaller of our single rooms has private facilities with a separate private shower on the same landing. Our sea view rooms have balconies with seating. Breakfast made of locally sourced ingredients is served daily and it includes full English breakfast and buffet. Special dietary requirements are also catered for by prior arrangement. A sun lounge overlooking the seafront is also available to guests to enjoy. Amazing place. From the front door welcoming to the great breakfast service. The cleanliness was top. Also, the host was a very polite and hospitable gentleman. If you want a lovely quiet/peaceful getaway, this is the best place in Eastbourn.

Excellent bed and breakfast. Wonderful hosts welcoming helped my elderly dad and friend with bags . Beautiful room bathroom fridge with milk and water . Excellent location. Best breakfast freshly cooked to order everything you would want and more better than a recent hotel stay. Would highly recommend here if coming to Eastbourne. Thank you to the hosts.

We stayed two nights in the front double room with a balcony. Large and well furnished with everything in the right place. A very comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets, a decent sized kettle, cups and fresh milk. The bathroom is small but perfectly formed. The main road outside is busy during the day but quiet at night and didn’t disturb our sleep. The whole place is immaculately maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful without being wasteful. The owners manage with a quiet confidence, are friendly without being overbearing and clearly pay attention to the little things which make a stay here extra enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at Breakers for 5 days while we explored South West Sussex. Mark is an excellent host- so accommodating and friendly. The building is situated perfectly opposite the waterfront and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional! Highly recommended!

An amazing stay with friendly family This is a family run hotel, we enjoyed two nights stay, amazing breakfast, clean room and a good location. Mark was really helpful and supportive in all kind of the stay. I would suggest this hotel to everyone going tl eastbourne.

We had a total blast staying at the Breakers. The rooms are quiet, extraordinary clean and the interior looks new. The English breakfast is plenty and delicious. The location is in a rather quiet part of town, and a 10 minutes walk away from the pier or city center. Both were not for us but we enjoyed evening walks down the coast line in the other direction instead. We did tours to the seven sisters, beachy head and cuckmere haven. All around a 20 minutes drive or less and fantastic views and hiking trails. We would totally recommend a stay here.

From booking to check out, this beautiful B & B is lovely. Fabulous location with sea views. Easy walking into town. Mark and Christine are super friendly and helpful, the decor throughout the house is calming and tastefully designed, especially for the age of the property. Everything you need for a few days away is in the room. We had a balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sea views, with table & chairs. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with a lovely fruit salad too. Would highly recommend and definitely would return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room- Spacious with a big bed and clean ensuite. Private Balcony- Great seaview with awesome sunrise. Breakfast- Quality food and coffee. English breakfast (just the right quantity) served hot within 5 to 8 minutes of ordering. Location- Walking distance from everywhere including train station. Buses nearby. Sea front across the road. Host- Warm, helpful,friendly, attentive, without being overbearing. Things to do- Hop on hop off open top bus over the Seven Sisters. Eat and drink- At the Marine pub. Traditional food done really well
