Hotel was ok receptionist seemed a bit flustered when we arrived. It does say check in at 3 but we wanted to enjoy the day out in East Kilbride so arrived at 12 . She did comment to another member of staff about us and another couple arriving early. We didn’t have to go to room just wanted to get out and about without luggage. She then said she could charge us a fee for early check in but said she would let us off this time. If she had charged me I would have said stick it. Reception is floor 12 . We were on floor 8 . Couldn’t get heating to work in room and the wind was whistling through the windows and were really noisy couldn’t do anything about the windows. All in all it was fair

Great price, hotel really clean, breakfast choice is excellent, free car parking aswell, would definitely book again if in this area..

The hotel is really nice and quiet, the bed was really comfortable. It can be quite hard to find the way in if you’ve come at night when it’s dark and not many people around. It’s quite straight forward with transport links into the town when you know where you are going.

Hotel room is clean and it is a very good condition. Staffs provided good service!

Parking not conveinant for high vehicles. Hotel itself was very clean. Food menu limited. Food quality average and small portions. Presentation below average. Basic

Was good for a two-night stay for work. Not much choice for places to eat in the area if you're not driving, only options are either Nando's or the hotel restaurant.

Good value for money. Carpark postcode is incorrect and confusing. long walk from carpark thru shopping centre

The accommodation was comfortable. We loved the shopping centre/mall downstairs. There was noise from other residents. Children running along the corridor. Kettle was not working on arrival. Changed after slight argument. No room cleaning on all 3 days. No change of towels. We cleaned and got bin liners. We saw trolley on corridor and picked new towels. Staff did not enter to clean despite seeing us make the effort. Free parking advantage but on the roof. We were soaking wet getting to the car or leaving to go to hotel.

When we arrived the staff could not have been nicer. We had an issue with a smell in the first room and they immediately moved us, it was quick and easy. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast and they were so helpful. We have allergies and they went over and above making sure we had all the information we needed to decide what was best. They even made gluten free toast. We had a small issue before arriving at with a staff member who kept telling us our card was declined however we had already paid *******. We were so glad of the 24/7 ******* chat to get it sorted quickly. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it as it was good value for money.

Reception staff were very professional and friendly location to shopping centre was great too .
