Premier Inn London Hanger Lane

Rooms are tired and are in need of updating, we have stayed here on many occasions, it's in a great position to catch the tube, 2 minutes walk, and also near the motorway, so convenient for us. Not much around the hotel, a bar, a few shops & couple of restaurants The staff here are always very friendly & helpful, they can't do enough for you, on our last stay Migma was on duty at breakfast, she was very efficient and welcoming, always smiling

I have stayed here on many occasion and have always found the staff friendly and helpful, it a good location to venture in to London on the tube. It is clean and tidy and all the rooms I have had have been spacious, the breakfast team are good, especially INDU who is very helpful, courteous and cannot do enough to make sure everything is right.

A little of the basic dirt in the room but overall very good experience and the staff deserves 6 stars especially Agnieszka. The location is also good and central and there is however a little bit of dirt on the bed but no bugs that's good. The bed is still sweepable though

Even though the hotel isn’t in the best spot in London the staff more than makes up for it. The help desk manager - Seharun, was always there to greet us with a smile and helped with our every need. She was always very kind with my kids, and overall very pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and it was reasonably spacious.

This was our fourth stay in your hotel and everything was perfect as usual. People at reception were always helpful and very nice, specially Seharun, who was very kind and friendly. We will see you next time!

Very friendly staff with a warm welcome and an easy departure. We didn’t check-in until quite late (after 10pm) and it was no problem at all. We had dropped our bags off in the morning, prior to checking-in and the staff tired them securely, tagging each item. We hopped on a bus to Wembley Stadium - 3 min walk to bus stop and 20 min journey to Wembley. The rooms were up to usual excellent standard as was the wonderful breakfast (full English!). And the price was less than taking an Uber to the stadium 😂! Would thoroughly recommend Hangar Lane Premier Inn if you’re going to Wembley. Having been several times I will definitely be using again.

Nice, cosy, ideal location and affordable hotel, with parking at extra cost of £12, which for 24h we find a very good price. Seharun at the breakfast bar is amazing, always smiling, polite and ready to help.she always make jokes with my boys and give them little treats. Reception staff and housekeepers always working hard and do their best to make sure everyone is happy, comfortable and having a relaxing time at Premier Inn Hanger Lane. We are actually coming here for 10 years plus and we never had any issues or inconvenience. Well done team!!!
