If you want to stay in somewhere strange, this hotel is for you. It was clean, modern and cool, but at the same time, no phone in the room, no water, no coffee maker, no tissue. Worth was the fan (super powerful noisy fan!) in the bathroom is 24/7 working, means you feel are staying in an airplane! Loud whitenoise lovers can enjoy, not me. I told them about the situation and the room number, it was familiar for them. The reception kindly suggested a room change for me, but after waiting 2 hours to make the room warmer in a November night, I decided to sleep. Looking forward to tomorrow morning to leave here. The price was very high but understandable because of the expo here.

This is the most expensive hotel in Europe. I had a good expectation and finally endless disappointment.
Because it is the European Cup to see the ball, this hotel belongs to the Hyatt Group. I trust Hyatt very much and set a suite. I encountered a few problems and gave you lightning protection:
1 This hotel is a court renovation, very special, so when entering the door, the luggage is all on the porch guy and himself to carry it up, my luggage is very heavy, I think this is very unreasonable and very laborious.
2 I booked a twin executive suite, neither gave a twin bed, the hotel did not set an executive floor. Finally told me that the room was full and could not be adjusted. I offered to give me an extra bed to solve the problem.
3 Cleaning is not reliable. There is a bed in the bedroom, it is not clean, and the dead fly under the pillow on the bedside is disgusting. I immediately told the front desk to change it and did not compensate. Still Trip reliable, compensated me for a few hundred dollars and expressed my heart. I think a hotel is so poor in hygiene, and it is difficult to do well.
4 breakfast food is moldy. There are many varieties of breakfast, but they are all unpalatable. The fruit is also moldy! This is really drunk and disgusting. Quality control is a mess.
5 Poor breakfast service. The service staff has a bad attitude and ignores it. This is something other hotels have not encountered at all, this hotel is particularly obvious.
6 The restaurant is not used on the day of the game. 7.6 On the game day, before we went to see the ball, we wanted to go to pitti for a meal before we set off. The result told me that the restaurant is not used, the reason is unknown!
If this hotel is 2000 a night, I think it is fine, that is the standard. Please, this is a hotel of more than 6,000 for 9 nights, this service level is too bad!
Especially dead flies, moldy fruits, disgusting home! Please boycott this hotel and don't go!

I can’t say enough about our stay here except that I wish I could have stayed for longer. The staff and service was perfect from start to finish, being highly professional but personable at the same time.
Located in one of two towers at the tip of a peninsula, the 303 room hotel is linked to the opposite side of the media harbour by a graceful pedestrian bridge. From the hotel, guests enjoy a unique view of harbour, Old Town and the River Rhine.

Located in the port area of Düsseldorf, it is not very close to the city. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the city by public transportation. The various services during the stay were satisfactory. There was nothing amazing, but there was no problem. The room has a separate dressing table partition, so the rest area is not large, which is a problem. The snacks in the lounge of the executive room I booked were delicious, which was a highlight. Overall, considering the price of the hotel in Germany, it is cost-effective.

👍convenient stay in this design hotel for a couple days.
Moxy Duesseldorf is just like fashion: At its best, it has the ability to transform your mood, identity, and, of course, your look. It can be fun, refreshing, and purposeful. Upon arrival, guests at our hotel are met by a stylish and open lobby with state-of-the-art design and thoughtful features like "Plug & Meet" gathering areas with ergonomic seating, a state-of-the-art video wall with helpful travel tools, and a bar that's always open! After a long day, retreat to cozy guest rooms that seem more like a fashion crib with cushy beds, 42" TVs with high-quality sound systems, and speedy Wi-Fi. Fashion is like eating; You shouldn't stick to the same menu. Our Moxy crew helps you wake up with a healthy continental breakfast, freshly brewed morning coffee, and plenty of grab-and-go snacks for when you sleep in.

The rudeness of a young staff member spoiled our stay at this lovely hotel. Started off at checking in a young man at the checking desk handed in a piece of paper to my husband asking him to sign that without explanation what it was. Next he asked my husband to put his credit card to pay for a stay. Although my husband said he had already paid for the 3 night stay, the boy asked him again to put the card in the card reader which my husband did. After repeating that the stay had been already paid for the young man checked on his computer and asked his colleague for help (cancelling transaction?)he also said that it was nothing to worry about. Then I suggested that we had to check next time whether customer has already paid or hasn’t- so with a very cold face he told me off for my attitude saying that everything was going to be ok. Thanks God we had more money than what was locked on the bank account otherwise we would be in trouble. When I suggested that little ‘I’m sorry’ would help the situation the young member of staff said he did not have anything to apologise for. Not at all a warm welcome in the very beginning made us feel very disappointed and me and my hubby would not recommend staying at the Moxy Hotel. The staff that we met next morning was nicer and helpful, continental breakfast was good and hotel’s design is quirky and has many comfy places to lounge. There is an AppleMac with the internet which is very helpful when exploring things to do in Düsseldorf. Our room was cleaned every day, the hotel seems to be quite a clean place although there is a one friendly mouse running between seats in the lounge.

Have already stayed several times in the Carathotel. Everything is modern and practical. Though the rooms are not luxurious, they are very functional and beds are comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out can be done online or at the check-in tablet stations. Great location to main shopping areas (Kö) and just 10 min walk to the main train station. Bonus are the fantastic luxury Edeka supermarket in the same building, as well as access to the very funky John Reed gym just around the corner for just EUR 5 through the hotel.

Although the hotel is a bit far away from the train station (still within walking distance), the room was amazing! The price for a twin room was less than 100 euros and breakfast was also included! Love this hotel very much. Definitely will check in again. PS. NO fridge in the room. but the ice is available from the bar.

Outstanding
Lovely hotel. Super conveniently located! Only 3 minutes walk from Düsseldorf main train station, 20 or so minute from DÜSSELDORF airport with taxi. Connected to several regional train lines. Right at the hotel entrance there is a tram stop, that would connect you to the whole city or take you with one min trip drive to the HBF. The hotel have a restaurant that offers an extensive breakfast buffet. They were on a soft opening phase, yet the breakfast is super exclusive, also have vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is super attentive and caring. Got a room with a balcony, a friend of mine with 2 kids got an amazing connected room in the ground floor overlooking the hotel garden! Suitable hotel for business travels, tourists who wanna stay in the hub of the city and families. I think the hotel have 2 buildings and both are elevator accessible and also for visitors with wheelchairs. I haven’t been in a meeting there but the hotel also offer meeting spaces and meeting rooms. I have seen the signs in the elevators. Wifi is available and free of charge too. I don’t have a car but my friend did. The hotel doesn’t offer a parking place, but it wasn’t a problem for us. There are parking places that are available around the main station area or in nearby parkings. Or you can park on the street around the hotel at an extra cost. It is a bit costly to park per hour, would recommend to park per 24 hour. Last but not least the hotel offers an amazing work area, with a huge table with plugs for laptops suitable for businessmen, students and anyone who would like to remotely work from a comfy convenient place. Prices are super suitable for coffee, drinks etc.
Me and my brother stayed here for the Euro 2024 semi final, hotel was spot on. Couldnt have asked for anything better really, we turned up early in Dusseldorf and they let us check in early without any extra cost. The S-Bahn wasn’t too much of a walk away, we did also use Uber which wasn’t a problem. Bed and pillows were just how I like them. Only downside was that we got back late from the Semi final match (in Dortmund) and had no cash, the vending machine was cash only, and the person on the desk was unable to get us a drink from the bar. Overall, a really good hotel. Would stop again if I visit again.
GGuest Userroom, location is great my stay was perfect especially a warm welcome when I arrived. the receptionist saw me tired from walking under the cold, instead of asking passport but offered me a bottle of water.. lovely.. and other staffs at breakfast were excellent service mind. cheers Hampton Dusseldorf :)
GGuest UserNew hotel near the train station on a pedestrian street with 2 other hotels. All Very nicely done. Very convenient location. Great pool, sauna and exercise room on top floor, included in price of room. We had the basic room, which is large with a kitchenette, with dishwasher and washing machine, well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the room was ok, but we have stayed in Berlin and Frankfort Adina hotels and liked their layouts better. The service from all the staff was excellent. Cleaners, reception, dining room. All went out of their way to help us. The receptionists really helped us a lot with our issues, and unfortunately, we had issues while in Dusseldorf. Breakfast was very good, but Berlin and Frankfurt were fantastic, so we were disappointed. I waited for half an hour to get a decaffeinated cup of coffee. The waitress was in tears over how long it took for her to bring it out. To someone who hasn’t been in those hotels, you will be fine. Bathroom towels were medium size only. no small hand towels and no large bath towels. Minor point but annoying. No air conditioning, and we had to open our windows. Make sure to ask for a side of the building that is quiet if you are there in the summer.
KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.
GGuest UserI was put up at the Niu Tab for a night by my company as a company event took place nearby. So were a number of my colleagues. I quite enjoyed my short stay. Most of my colleagues liked the hotel as well. The rooms weren’t very spacious, but were clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with TV, A/C, a safe and a hairdryer. No minibar or coffee/tea making facilities, though, which we would have liked upon our arrival as we had gotten stuck in traffic for hours and were quite thirsty. Breakfast was buffet style and was very good. Lots of choices, fresh, well-prepared food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One point of criticism: when we arrived at shortly after 4 p.m., only about half of our key cards had been programmed. I was one of the lucky ones who got their cards right away, but some of my colleagues had to wait for over half an hour. I call that lack of organisation, particularly since we arrived much later than planned.
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for two days when visiting Düsseldorf with my family. The hotel is well located, at the end of Königsallee, the city’s main shopping street. A subway station is located just across the street. There are also a couple of restaurants across the street and two supermarkets behind the hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was clean and reasonable in terms of size. The sink was broken but water didn’t leak. The breakfast buffet has few options for a 4-star hotel, there is hardly any fruit and milk alternatives are not available in the buffet, you need to order. Be very careful with charges to your credit cards. The hotel blocked 350 euros on my credit card upon arrival and this amount was not released when I paid for my stay. It’s been a month that I stayed at this hotel and they are still withholding the amount.
GGuest UserIt is an old hotel. I have no expectation as for the price I paid. However, if you are staying here for conference, you may have a better choice of hotel. The queue for breakfast can be troublesome.
GGuest UserWould definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is close to the airport and has an excellent transport link into Dusseldorf just outside the hotel. Having stayed many times we would never consider looking elsewhere. They have a lovely bar to relax in when you get back from all the wonderful sites and shops in the City and the bar staff are very friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong if you book into this hotel.
GGuest UserI had a 1 month stay and everything was perfect. The hotel is affordable, has daily cleaning services, and a very nice living area. The neighborhood is pretty central and safe. Train stop is just in front, bus stops pretty close. Staff very supportive. So far, perfect.
