Last minute plan to go to Durant, ****** was booked up so got a hotel near by. I had two teenage boys with me so wanted a bigger room with a seperate bedroom so I didn't hear them and I could sleep comfortably. Chose this one and got a suite that could sleep 5. Wanted the close proximity to the ****** and the size and layout of the suite. Arrived, checked in, front staff was very friendly and effecient with check in. Got to room and folded out the couch bed for my boys to find no bedding. I searched the room and found nothing, so I called to front desk and asked for bedding for the fold out bed, I was told there is no more bedding. How do you have no bedding for a fold out couch that is technically a part of the "beds" in the room. No one wants to sleep on a fold out couch mattress with no sheets. I had plenty of pillows but no sheets and no blanket. Over all I loved the hotel, the staff was great but I think that having sheets/bedding for the fold out couch should be standard in the room and being "out" should not be an option. When the room is made up it should be stocked with this. I've never been to a hotel where it was not provided in the room. It was extremely inconvenient and I would have booked a different room had I know this. I was not offered a different room or any alternative suggestions. Only told we don't have any.
