我是之前給酒店打電話諮詢過以後才入住的，不瞭解鳴沙山莫高窟等景區有沒有解封，前台很耐心的幫我查詢和解答。到酒店後辦理入住的速度也很快，當時還問了好多關於旅遊上的問題，前台都回答的非常專業。房間的無線網絡都是一個房間一個的，房間很温暖，這麼冷的天入住這個酒店真的是我在這段旅途中最明智的選擇！不得不説這家酒店真不錯，位置方便，去鳴沙山玩後直接來這邊洗澡休息，關鍵價位不貴，隔音效果巨棒，裝修不錯還是新裝修的設計風格也很適合當地特色。最後退房還送了棗，不要超讚!酒店內設施設備齊全，前台服務熱情，消毒防疫工作落實到位。窗邊觀景位置絕佳，尤其是傍晚時分落日特別美。房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，房間裏有暖氣和空調，對於現在的天氣來説非常暖和。有什麼問題工作人員第一時間就會幫我們解決。可以説是一個很好的住宿體驗了！住宿期間前台員工看到我們都會打招呼，很熱情，客房的服務員也都很有禮貌。退房的時候前台還貼心的送了脖套，強烈推薦！

酒店位置很好，環境不吵鬧，房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生。大堂服務熱情周到，有地下免費停車庫。酒店周邊有好幾家早餐店，方便吃完早飯直接開車走。酒店很棒，有停車位。服務熱情到位，需要喝熱水前台馬上就給現燒了一壺。房間看着很大很整潔，收拾得也非常乾淨，住了兩晚睡得都很舒服，性價比超高，下次來優先考慮這裏。連着住了兩晚，酒店還是很不錯滴～早飯也還不錯。價格也合適。還有停車場，這個就很棒了。但是酒店離景區稍微有點遠，如果自駕的話，沒啥問題…自駕旅遊到敦煌選擇了這家酒店，有停車場方便停車。酒店比較新，乾淨衞生，服務很好。地理位置也可以，走路去夜市十幾分鍾，性價比很不錯的一家酒店。酒店設施完備。設計貼心。能提供旅行方便。衞生非常好。每個角落都精心打掃。前台服務熱心。晚上還有小水果送到房間、非常好的一次入住體驗。

不得不説這家酒店真是細節做的太好了，我本身就是一個注重細節的人，首先大廳會有人熱情服務我們，走到樓道也是工作人員都很熱情，房間特特特乾淨，先不説床有多整齊，水龍頭和玻璃鏡子上一個水印都沒有，還有花灑頭也是，我是比較認可的！推薦敦煌酒店很多，這家一看就是很正規的，所有工作人員均訓練有素，態度好服務一流，本想住一天後又續了一天，熱水空調等設施全衞生好，床品新乾淨，安靜能休息好，房間很大，有停車場，前台提供免費茶水小食品，總之超讚，強力推薦來敦煌住這家酒店。第一次為酒店寫評語，因為真心推薦。這樣的價錢住這樣超三星級別的酒店，太值了。房間雖然小一些，但對於全天在外面旅遊，晚上圖個乾淨舒服洗澡睡覺的地方，它完全符合要求。酒店超級棒哦～房間乾淨衞生、床也特別舒服、有免費的接站，服務人員的態度都非常棒、一看就是專業培訓過的，交通方便、酒店也是有求必應 非常人性化 ，敦煌不大 但是沒想到可以住到這麼棒的酒店 推薦，酒店位置好，環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美。優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心，給人一種家的感覺，主要是價格也合理五星推薦…位置好，服務好，房間大！在酒店訂了又見敦煌的演出票，超級好看，出酒店就可以乘坐3路公交去鳴沙山和敦煌市博物館，很近，如果去吃當地小吃可以諮詢前台！

服務人員特別熱情，房間做了免費的 升級，房間大，衞生特別乾淨，客用品特別好，熱水熱。。。大廳可以喝茶特別方便，前台晚上12點多回來都有人幫忙開房門，我好奇你們都不休息嗎？這家店位置特別好，價格不高，很舒心！酒店開業時間早，但是整體很新 很上檔次，最值得一提的是這家酒店的服務，服務。服務 特別熱情，給我安排安靜的房間，幫我拿行李，早上一大早退房，服務員還在前台，真的太辛苦了！也是在網站上看了評價來的，雖然褒貶不一，但還是好評居多，奔着服務好評定了！不得不説這家店的細節服務真的挺不錯：首先，車剛到酒店門口，就有服務人員過來幫忙提行李！辦完入住，送了進店小禮品，房間雖然不大，但是衞生乾淨，佈置温馨，不管在哪裡碰到服務人員，隨時都會問好！總之，這個價格的酒店，這家真的感覺物超所值！朋友推薦過來的，服務好，去夜市方便，步行到機場大巴的地方也不遠， 酒店很安靜，進門服務員會給送來茶水，父母都很滿意，給了很高的評價！

房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情，態度好，星級酒店標準，如果再來敦煌，我會還住這家，我們住的時候可能是淡季，價格非常便宜!住過最滿意的一家酒店!敦煌夜市也強烈推薦去逛逛!當地特色小吃，特色產品，都很滿意!!!!對酒店的服務太滿意了，前台服務員幫我們提了行李，熱情迎接，辦理入住也很快，到客房以後服務員也很熱情，會主動打招呼。晚上在自助洗衣房洗完衣服需要多幾個衣架，給前台打電話以後有服務員及時送來，有需要都會滿足。房間很乾凈，床也夠舒服，下次入住還會選擇這裏的。在大廳等待家人停車的時候，有服務員第一時間送來茶水，服務意識很強，並且給我們介紹了酒店訊息。進入房間後像自己家一樣，該有的設施全部都有，設計也很合理，床很大睡着也很舒服，衞生沒有什麼問題，有做到乾濕分離，可以放心入住啦。對酒店很滿意哦，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服，前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。這個季節價格很便宜了，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的酒店好很多，服務態度規範，值得推薦。地理位置很好，周邊很多吃的，離夜市也不遠，非常滿意的酒店。

敦煌市找的酒店 不太靠近市中心 開車的話倒還好 離敦煌小吃街大概有2公里左右 我們主要是為了去莫高窟 距離莫高窟10公里左右～酒店設施還可以 裝修比較古舊～衞生還可以～
