We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very decent as well.
We can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dunhuang.

The hotel is comfortable to stay in, room service was good and it has all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and pretty good too. Would be better if there is a full length mirror.

服務熱情，還給免費升級了房間，太讚了，他家一樓還有餐廳，我們點了手把肉，沙葱雞蛋，孩子一掃而光，尤其是手把肉味道太讚了，甚至超過了寧夏的灘羊，真是沒想到，敦煌的羊肉這麼好吃

因為行程改變臨時訂的酒店，本想將就一晚，沒想到是意外驚喜。首先酒店的服務意識完全是五星級酒店的標準。進門立馬遞上熱毛巾和茶水，並且幫送行李到房間。前台親切和氣，聲音也很温柔，知道我們帶長者出行，主動幫升級到至尊房。客房服務人員在相遇時也會主動問好。房間內飾和設施很新，地毯乾淨柔軟，赤腳踩在上面完全沒問題。床品又乾淨又柔軟。全屋智能語音，對於遊玩累了一天躺在床上閉着操作的人來説實在太友好。酒店門口可以停車，左右兩邊都有大排檔，真的實現了吃住行都非常方便。酒店還有免費洗衣房和曬台，我們行程緊沒用上。下次來敦𤾗不用選擇必須直接訂艾斯汀。
