特別棒的一次入住體驗，管家Espoir人也超好，知道有小朋友，還給準備了小童洗漱用品，送了歡迎水果，升級了親子房，早餐很豐盛，很好吃，泳池和温泉也都不錯，房間景色超級美，一個晚上孩子都沒住夠，下次還會選擇入住

酒店非常適合家庭出遊，步行到融創樂園，水世界非常方便，私湯有更好的泡湯體驗，老小都很滿意。自助餐物美價廉，孩子很喜歡酒店甜品。Henry服務熱情周到，非常貼心，有問題必解決！總的來説，很適合週末休閑再來玩。

首先感謝客户關係主任笑笑的熱情服務，高樓層，相鄰房，小童用品，一一滿足，住店途中還提供自助餐、綠道騎行等有用訊息，離店停車碼也周到發了過來，感謝🙏。此次都江堰親子游，施柏閣酒店全家人都很滿意。
1、酒店設施：衞生很乾凈，設施維護的很好，房間各個部分設計合理，住起來十分方便
2、餐飲：早上自助餐和晚上的自助餐都很豐盛，廚師手藝不錯，點心，小龍蝦，烤串，味道都很好
3、酒店環境：酒店臨湖，四面環山，環境十分優美，空氣清新，湖中的黑天鵝野鴨都很可愛，孩子每天早晨都拿着早餐廳的生菜葉去餵它們，開心的不得了
4、周邊娛樂：融創樂園，水世界，雪世界，融創茂，十分鐘內步行可達，適合兩三天的親子游

這次在五一假期期間入住，雖然是滿房的狀態，但入住體驗感很好。管家Kiko無微不至的人關照，有任何需求都會馬上得到解決。所有工作人員的態度都很好。完全沒有因為忙碌而懈怠客人。床品太舒服了，特別是枕頭，哈哈哈，下次還會來入住。
早餐後在園區走走 空氣清新 心曠神怡。
我們是專門帶娃來水世界玩的，園區內走路過去五分鐘，很方便。
