The room design is quite artistic, with a variety of cooking utensils. There is a TESCO supermarket within a five-minute walk, which is very convenient for shopping. I bought a bag of oranges and made my own orange juice with the manual juice pressing facility in the room, which was very useful.

I was a little worried when I saw the low rating at first, but I booked it because it was close to the school. Unexpectedly, I felt great after checking in. The furniture in the hotel room felt very high-end, the workmanship was good, and the view from the window was also very good. There is the sea in the distance, the surrounding area is very quiet, and it is convenient to travel. The bus station is 2-3 minutes away from the door.

This hotel is the best hotel in Dublin. It is said that the Prime Minister also stayed in this hotel when he visited Ireland. The environment of the hotel is very good, and the lobby is decorated in a grand manner. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the bathroom is not big but very convenient, comfortable and clean. The lighting is not very glaring, and the hair dryer is not in the bathroom. There is a mirror in front of the desk in the room, so you can sit in front of the desk and blow your hair in front of the mirror, which is quite user-friendly. It is surrounded by the embassy district of Dublin, which is safe and quiet. It is a hotel worth staying in.

Because of the business in Ireland, I traveled to Shanghai and Dublin many times. This time I stayed with my husband for a week and made a visit to Dublin. Through the recommendation of local friends and his own strategy, this time I chose the Mount Herbert Hotel. This hotel was chosen because the hotel has a certain history but is newly renovated. The hotel is located in the upscale area of the city, safe and quiet. It can take a few minutes walk to the seaside along the famous Sandymon Promenade, or walk for a few minutes. The DART station takes you directly to the city centre by DART. (DART is Dublin's subway name and can reach many places.) The hotel is very good value for money. The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. It was very relaxing. The breakfast is very rich, the parking is very convenient, the hotel staff is very warm, with a smile, ask where to eat, play very enthusiastic guidance. Ireland in April is only dark until 9:00, let us have the opportunity to walk around after dinner. The front of the hotel is very wide, with a statue of a rugby player. The famous Aviva Stadium, originally known as the Irish national football ârugbyâ, is next to it. I heard that this hotel is also one of the hotels where the players stayed, and there is no shortage of celebrities. . Behind the hotel is a beautiful garden, Ireland's April is full of light green, and the summer garden must be very beautiful. Iâm talking to my husband and I hope that I will choose this hotel again in the summer.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many museums and tourist attractions (maps are provided in the room). When I checked in, the staff took the initiative to help carry my luggage to the room, which was very polite. Although the restaurant was booked for an event on the day of check-in, the staff still guided me to the bar for dinner, and did not neglect me because of the event. There was a friendly reminder of the arrival of winter time in the room, and bathrobes and slippers were placed in advance. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious, and I will book this hotel again next time I come to Ireland.

GGuest UserI think this will be a nice stay once their remodel is done, but wait until then.
When booked initially, the reservation was for the Hard Rock Hotel. About a week and a half before I arrived, NYX acquired the building. We received no notification about this from either business. The hotel was slightly outdated and undergoing the beginnings of redecoration. The staff seemed to either be hired by NYX and unfamiliar with the hotel or previous employees who were unfamiliar with the new managementâs policies. For example, the manual chain lock on my door had been disabled in both of our rooms and the staff at the desk didnât seem to understand how it had happened. They did move me to a room with a working manual lock immediately, but didnât seem to understand why I felt the need for one as a single woman in the room and assured me that the staff would respect my privacy. The person in the other room in our booking also had his disabled but didnât want to bother moving. The next day, housekeeping barged into his room without waiting for an answer to her knock. The person inside was just finishing dressing.
Other than that, itâs just little things that havenât yet been worked out in the management change. For example their card scanners in the rooms and elevators seem to be new and still finicky, and the person at reception hadnât read the laundry policy on the NYX laundry slips in the rooms. The slips specified it would be back by 6pm if picked up by 8am, but she said it might be the next day. She also had me bring the laundry down to the reception desk when the slip said it would be picked up. The staff was actually really great and when I pointed it out I did get same day laundry; it seemed like a new management miscommunication.
Overall, Iâd recommend staying here after theyâve had a chance to settle and remodel. They were already starting to take down the Hard Rock decorations and I suspect they will also redo the older and brightly colored carpets and walls. Since we didnât receive any notifications about the new management and redecorating, Iâm not sure there will be one about that either.
GGuest UserThe location is great, staff was helpful. The room was spotless, would like to have slippers in the room. The hair dryer was broken. But overall stay was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, additional pillows in the wardrobe was great, because I have spinal condition. Definitely would stay there on another visit to Dublin.
SSteven FaganThe junior staff were amazing, senior staff were up themselves, location was great hotel was clean. The dining area was too small and for a 4 star hotel I would've expected my breakfast served, not help yourself style you would find at a travel lodge. In short over priced rooms no lesuire facilities and for 4 mojitos cost âŹ50 I've had better value for money elsewhere. First and last time I will stay here!!!
GGuest UserWe arrived around 5.30pm and stayed only one night. The welcome drink was a nice touch but however in the morning there was lots of banging next door to our room. My husband was up all night with a cold so we hadnât slept much. When we walked out of our room at 9.30 am to have breakfast the cleaners were sitting in armchairs with their vacuums and cleaning g products. It felt like they were waiting for us to go. When we returned to our room to pack up ( check out is 12) there was a knock at our door at 11.30 by cleaners. It felt like a lot of pressure for us to get out and no privacy as they were siting outside.
The staff at breakfast hovered and were on top of us and asked us to order straight away before we even read the menu. The wait for the food was long and my eggs were cold when they came out.
There is no lift to our floor so passing the cleaners sitting in armchairs we also passed cleaners sitting on the stairs. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and not private.
The hotel it self is well located and beautiful interiors but wouldnât stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of boutique and 5 star hotels all over the world and this was just average.
GGuest UserThe location of the lodging was great. The common toilets, kitchen and the bathrooms were clean. In addition to the kitchen and dining room, there was another common room with tables and a pool board. This was open even after the kitchen timings, I liked it a lot. The TV room or common hall was also great.
GGuest UserLovely hotel with bar and restaurant attached. Shop right next door. Little bit out of Dublin but easy to get to via bus or reception are very friendly and will order a taxi for you. Recommend staying .
GGuest UserLast time I stayed here ( about 6 years ago?) room was dirty so have not been back again until three weeks ago. Location is superb right at the edge of Temple bar along the River Liffey -downside its a party area so like most Hotels in this area dont plan to sleep until late as lots of noise from bars etc. Room was lovely with lots of nice touches -only big issues I had was in 12c Dublin coming from 32c Jakarta and central heating did not work-you have to call reception to get it switched on then it cuts off every hour and does not work again until you call reception-totally unacceptable for a 5 star Hotel . Ended calling them five times so not much sleep!! It was a Tuesday night so looked like one of the bars in the Hotel was shut-but lots outside anyhow. Did not have breakfast as last time I did was served-took ages and was cold-judging by recent reviews on tripadvisor looks like this still. Reception on check in and out would not win any prizes for their hospitality and were just ok-could learn from The Morrison across the river where I stayed a few nights earlier -genuine hospitality. Would I stay there again -NO -leave it to Bono and the locals -heat is a basic requirement as is hospitality-better Hotels for the same or less money to be had in Dublin City.
FFelipeVery comfortable hotel, 15 minutes walk from the center, large and very comfortable rooms, Irish buffet breakfast and very quiet. At first I had my doubts because of the proximity of the train but without problems, you can't hear it. Total satisfaction and from the Dublin Georges Quay Ulster Bank bus stop, it takes about 10 minutes to walk.
NNo_return_dateThis place is a zoo. Lots of noise and the bar downstairs reminded me of a college bar. My primary problem with this place is it is like a maze and if you stay in a dorm your genderâs bathroom may be on another floor which is a pain if you have to go in the middle of the night. The bathrooms were not extremely clean but the bathroom at basement level for the bar/restaurant had standing water on the floor. This place is inexpensive which makes it all tolerable but Iâm glad I only stayed here one night.
GGuest UserMy stay at the easyHotel in Dublin was great. The rooms were nice and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom were both modern. The hotel was in a good location to lots of tourist attractions, especially the Guinness storehouse. The room was quite small but fit everything we needed so this wasnât a problem at all. I would recommend this hotel looking for a convenient and clean place to say.
