Wonderful experience. Super suites , spacious, fully equipped with 24/7 free Wi-fi, friendly and flexible staff. Was home away from home. The suites are very spacious, with my four boys it was home away from home. Friendly and flexible staff, who will go out of their way to make sure my family and I still have something to eat , because we returned late from other attractions, past dinner time. On our last day, they made sure we had ' Takeaway breakfast ' with us, because we left the hotel at 04:30am to catch our early flight out of Dubai. Al Jaddaf is a quiet location, not crowded and just 10mins away from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. We will be back, and I recommend Al Jaddaf Rotana Suites hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, Families, couples, singles etc, who want to stay in a five Star hotel with all its goodies at affordable rate. That night tiktok held a party downstairs There is no place to go downstairs to sit and drink (I don’t know why there is no place to sit) Then I didn't visit any Versace store or anything. The hotel is clean, but small. There is basically nothing inside, a bit like a domestic holiday express. The sound insulation is very poor, the room next door is separated from your room by a door. The location is very remote, and there is no place to eat within 2 kilometers of the surrounding area. Most of the people who live here are tourist groups, so don't come here for personal travel or business trips.

The room itself was nice. But the check-in experience is relatively poor. Hotel service staff are very unprofessional. 1. I booked a superior king room and reminded the front desk, but the king room was still arranged. I had to ask again before they changed my room. 2. The staff just responded to my message and walked straight into the room after I opened the door. Very uncomfortable. Lack of security. 3. Ordering half board, ordering dinner is more complicated. No one answered after the front desk called room service. You need to go to the front desk in person to solve it. We had dinner 3 times and went to the front desk 2 times to communicate. 4. The club is too noisy and will last until two or three in the morning, which greatly affects your rest. 5. Breakfast is so-so.

Very convenient to arrive in ten minutes and do cleaning gary and roshan are very good. Do a good job. Be careful and clean. Hahaha. I feel that I am not alone in this hotel. There is also a paid canteen in the lobby. There are large tables and computers for guests to use. I like to go to the lobby. The chair that can be shaken, hahaha, it is very recommended and it is still a Marriott Group Westin. I feel very guaranteed. I have stayed for more than ten days. I haven't encountered any problems yet. I'm talking about it for the time being. Overall, it is very recommended.
