The hotel is exceptional with immaculate facilities and round-the-clock service. What truly sets it apart is the dedicated staff, all of whom deliver top-notch service, particularly the managers I had the pleasure of meeting. I am grateful to the entire team for providing a fantastic experience for both me and my colleague. Special thanks to Mustafa and phenomenal personality.

The location is 10/10 right in the middle of the city walk, where you can go shopping and do a lot of activities. Only 12 minutes / 5 KM away from Dubai Mall. Facilities & rooms are 10/10 Staff is 12/10 Shout out and many thanks to Mostafa at the reception for being so friendly and professional.

I enjoy staying at the hotel, room very clean and cozy .. the staff very friendly and welcoming.. Food was good , all the staff nice and the atmosphere and smell of the hotels really nice . Check-in was smoth and bellman was support us as well thanks to all the team. I really like the parking area acsessible. Excellent hotels Thanks for shaqilla for her support 💕 excatly like nothing else💕

His behavior is beyond excellent (Mustafa). I have been dealing with him for years and I am very happy that he is there and always facilitates our affairs and is kind and smiling. It was a happy and unforgettable experience to stay in this hotel. Nice environment and great service staff and delicious food. Anything you need for a stay in Dubai are available here. The stay was wonderful and the staff were outstanding, especially the employees Ibrahim and Mustafa. They were excellent and very respectful because of them. Our experience at this hotel was beautiful. I want to thank everyone, the kitchen staff were also helpful, in addition to the security staff For taking care of us .

Rooms were amazing Very clean and staff was amazing specially Shaqilla, aiham, Mustafa, Ashraf were very helpful and such a pleasant experience The breakfast staff is also amazing and u feel exactly at home when I visit Looking forward to coming back
