The room was booked on the 3rd and the payment was completed. Ctrip and the hotel did not communicate clearly. I arrived at the hotel at around 1 am that day and then refused to check in, saying that I had not paid. Then after I showed the deduction information and room reservation information, I was still not allowed to check in and asked for a deposit of 1,000 dirhams. I only received a 0.01 text message when I checked out. I asked the front desk a few more questions and the front desk looked very impatient. The location of the hotel is very good, 10 minutes by taxi from Dubai Convention and Exhibition Center. Very clean, comfortable and varied breakfast served from 6:30 to 11:00.
