Room is big and clean, food was great at the restaurant, there was one lady at the reception called May she was amazing and helpful, pool was good and big
The only thing missing in this hotel is having some activities especially after pool closed
Otherwise the trip were great

It was an amazing weekend with my family, the staff were very nice ad they upgraded my room to the top category room just for small issue, they allow me to do late check out until 4, overall amazing place definitely will go back again and again

Breakfast in 81 restaurant need to be more diverse
Boggy need to be more available as average waiting time 8-10 min
Kids club to be free for all ages and closing time is from 1 PM to 3 PM which is not suitable and inconvenience for most visitors
Other facilities like steam, Jacuzzi are not available
