Really disgusting service. The Indian female receptionist was very perfunctory and didn't have the quality of a five-star hotel. The water in the hotel's bathtub was muddy yellow, which was disgusting... All they said was that the water would be clearer if they added more water... I was completely speechless. There were basically a bunch of flies flying around during breakfast. It was hard to imagine that this was the Waldorf Astoria... The location was also inconvenient, at the innermost part of Palm Island, and it took 20 to 30 minutes to get a taxi out. I didn't find any good places, but I encountered all the bad ones...

Wonderful experience, the room had a great view. The sunrise was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they were able to get the shuttle to send me to the metro on the rain day when I couldn’t get a cab.

Speechless hotel

This hotel reservation directly gave me a Pearl twin room. The room faces the Burj Al Arab and you can use the Pearl Club. This club is not an executive lounge and cannot be used by Hilton masonry members. It is only available to guests staying in Pearl rooms and suites on the 5th floor. To use it, you need to swipe your card to go to the 5th floor of the hotel, but not to other floors. The Pearl room type has the same layout as other room types, with the Pearl Club facing the inside of the Palm Island. Similarly, because the information in Ctrip's reservation was wrong, I was given a free order for this order. Thanks to Ctrip for its contractual spirit.

The hotel service and setting are value for money. The room is very large and spacious. The balcony is right outside the Burj Al Arab Hotel. You can take a walk in front of the hotel every night. It has a very beautiful sea view. There is a Chinese restaurant inside that is very delicious and the service is very good. The waiters are very attentive and polite. The breakfast was okay. I happened to meet a white-robed boss party one day while having breakfast. The atmosphere was okay, and the Pakistani lifeguards on the beach were very polite. All in all, except that the balcony is a little blocked, other services are very satisfactory👍

The hotel is in a good location, the sea view room is beautiful, it has its own swimming pool, and the service is generally good. There are buses every day that can go to surrounding attractions and dubaimall. It is highly recommended and can be considered.
