This is the hotel with the best service attitude I have ever stayed in. All the staff will greet you with a smile when they meet you. The food is also very, very delicious. I recommend the hotel's Japanese restaurant netsu, and especially the four staff members of the children's club who are extremely patient with the children. Parents can have time to rest for a week. The location is also very good. There are two small malls opposite the hotel. One of them also has a small parent-child restaurant and playground. It is super worry-free for my children. If I come to Dubai again, I will only stay at this hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Happy. She also gave us free cookies! 🙂 Room - we got the view of the Museum of the Future from the toilet, however the view from the room was blocked by external almunum cladding. It’s find though as most of the time we were outside and enjoying the sightseeing in Dubai. Breakfast - we enjoyed the special dishes that changes daily! I hope more choices of dishes. The special dishes such as the avocado toast and steak and eggs are the best!! Love it! Fresh fruits and juices are great! Concierge - fast and efficient, helped me to call for a taxi (though the hotel taxi was initially offered - price is x2 of the normal taxi). Housekeeping - reliable. They did a great job making our room tidy and nice to rest after a long day. Check-out - as our flight is still at 9pm, we were allowed to stay in the room until 2pm and they allowed us to use the club lounge until 6pm FOC. I strongly recommend this hotel when you visit Dubai!! Thank you voco Dubai hotel to making our trip to Dubai memorable! Kudos! Keep up the good work!

My favorite hotel during this trip. It is decorated in a medieval style, old-fashioned but well maintained. The manager of the breakfast buffet is very nice and dedicated. The guy who cleans the room, Benjamin, is also super friendly. He cleans it four times a day. The room is big and the bathroom is also clean It's very clean, everyone greets you warmly with a smile all the time, the service is very professional, the future museum and the subway station are downstairs, and it's also very close to the dubai mall, which is great!

After checking in, I waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes. The hotel lobby provided drinks for customers and there were many sofas in the hotel lobby. After opening the room, I found that the hotel room was quite large, but the windows could not be opened. The staff prepared disposable slippers for customers in advance, which was very considerate. There were many clothes drying racks in the cabinet, which was good, and the shower room was also large. The sheets and quilts feel like they are new, which is good. The hotel is near the community. Walking a few dozen meters to the right from the hotel entrance, there is a gift shop that is very common in Dubai. It also sells daily necessities at relatively favorable prices. A few steps forward, there is a small Sri Lankan restaurant. Anyway, it feels quite new to me. , there are also pastries in that small restaurant. I left this hotel and chose another hotel because the windows in this hotel could not be opened.

I just booked this hotel in the last minute after coming back from Abu Dhabi. The location is so great which is right in front of the metro. But what i am more surprised is the standard of this hotel, from front desk to room, are all superb level. The setting of the room is great. They have everything tidy and well prepared well for you. The most important is the cleanliness. You can find nothing to complain. The staff here are friendly and warm welcoming to tourists. Special thanks to Gavy, he gives extra help to find me the currency exchange shop and where can go for henna art. You can feel the heartfelt greeting from his words and work. Last but not least, honesty is highly appreciated, though you may think it is kind of basic requirement. I left my money and jewellery open in the room but everything is just safe. I would highly recommend this hotel and certainly would love to come back next time♥️.
