1、和全季共用同樓，南北分列門臉，低層喆啡（它家電梯衹到1-4層），高層全季，共用早餐廳（10層，從3層乘坐全季的電梯上）。
2、酒店比較新，樓道乾淨，房間整潔。床上套和襯都比較絲滑比較新，沒有84消毒液清洗過多後的感覺。
3、優點：
（1）電視，有直播，尤其還有中央5頻道，對於看球的本人來説簡直太爽了，在家否沒看過HD。
（2）冰箱，配備了，一直保持通電狀態，這點比聚豐大酒店強，聚豐雖然有冰箱，電源根本插不上.....等於沒有。
（3）燈光，線路非常多，滿足各種用光需求，點贊。
4、樓下有2個小超市，2個餐館（感覺不咋樣）。推薦還是沿府前大街往西1公里（南側）的餐館一條街用餐。
5、在府前大街附近，晚上沿此街遛彎很舒適，人少車少，路寬，算上新世紀廣場，真有點東營的迷你版長安街和天安門廣場的感覺。
6、樓下免費停車位，先到先得，30多個吧感覺。

房間環境衞生不錯哦，地理位置也算是中心區域，吧枱美女服務也很不錯很熱情細心滿臉笑容介紹，很不錯了一次體驗！
有一點點小遺憾應該酒店需要改進的就是曹州路房型需要加強隔音效果哦？
再一點就是要提醒顧客退房時間段，最好是改為各大酒店統一時間下午兩點鐘！
謝謝有機會去東營希望還會入住本店享受不一樣的體驗！！！

衞生條件不錯，連住了三天，每天保潔都比較仔細。設施比較新，維護的還不錯。服務周到，房間礦泉水不限量，出門有時還主動送水。自助早餐比較豐富，性價比不錯，小孩免費。
