It is a community, very close to Jinluan Bay, and also very close to Caibei Bay. The children had a lot of fun. It's inconvenient to eat, the food stalls around are not delicious, so I have to go downtown to eat. The interior of the hotel is generally decorated, but the elevators outside are quite dirty. Maybe it's because the community is still undergoing renovations everywhere. As for the service, it has no sense of presence. There has been no service since the first day of check-in. I'm not disgusted, the main thing is that the baby is very happy to live there, and I also brought quilt covers and sheets. 出門這麼多次，第一次給差評，必須給差評！房間設施差都可以忍受，但是房間衞生都不好好打掃，特別是東西全部發黴，茶碗上都是黴點，大家可以看圖。我一開始以為，海邊潮，容易發黴，心想算了，可是朋友樓下的房間卻乾淨很多，最起碼沒有發黴。做生意不能衹收錢，基本的操守要有的！

看海是非常滿意的，包括户內的鞦韆，特別有情調。我們去的那一天天氣不是特別好，所以沒有出到很漂亮的片像。如果要是大太陽的話，該是非常出片兒的一個房間。
民宿的周邊公共交通不是很便利，另外浴室的龍頭沒有掛架，需要手持有些不方便，若是咱們的電視能買上幾部電影的話，體會感應會更加完美🌹
整體上瑕不掩瑜，淡季 128 的價位仍然是相當相當超值的，值得推薦

1，設施很破舊，噴頭壞的，冰箱有臟東西，大家自己看。
2，體驗很差，最關鍵的是，前台那個男的，態度惡劣，11點半催退房，我知道12點要退，沒必要微信催完，阿姨又來催，阿姨催完前台又打電話催，體驗感極差，咋的趕人？真後悔住了2晚。不推薦！大家避坑。
3，旁邊好的民宿很多，建議大家選別的。不要選這家。

酒店的服務很好很耐心！辦理入住的時候還發了很詳細的東山島旅遊攻略和日出日落、漲潮退潮時間表。跟着攻略去玩十分省事省時間。房間很大很舒服，衞生搞的很乾凈。有個寬敞的陽台，視線很好可以直接望到海。從酒店去海邊也很方便，走路幾分鐘就到了。
從東山島玩完回家後才發現把包落在酒店樓下的飯店了，老闆也是立刻幫我解決問題，特地幫我跑了一趟把包拿回來！！
酒店設施又好老闆也很認真耐心！！下次還去玩再住這裏！強烈推薦

這家民宿無法用言語表達，設施舊也就算了，廁所蓋子居然比馬桶小一圈，這個讓人怎麼坐。洗澡是電加熱的，洗一個人（就洗了15分鐘）要再等一小時，正好碰上那天降温，想洗個熱水澡都困難。鏡子也就一個，二室一廳幾個人一早都搶廁所，又要洗漱，又要上廁所。
價格便宜不是主要的，住宿要設施完好，整潔衞生。

公寓離海灘步行3分鐘左右，沙灘環境乾淨優美，人也不多，我們這次是四家人，八大六小過來的，小孩子很喜歡這裏，附近吃海鮮的很多，我們吃了一家叫阿牛大排檔的，很划算，7公里左右有一個叫南山灣的景點，非常值得過來打卡
