酒店環境很好，前台小姐姐服務細緻，非常有耐心，主要酒店周邊旅遊景點多，南門灣（左耳拍攝地），風動石，馬鑾灣，等等，非常值得入住

高大上的酒店 定的三個小時的鐘點房都捨不得走了 毫不誇張的説應該是全東山最好的酒店 前台小姐姐熱情親切 個個長得跟花一樣 房間風格也是我喜歡的 還會再來的 走的倉促 忘拍圖了 下次來補上

因為不想住民宿，在攜程上找了又找，這應該是東山島上比較不錯的酒店選擇啦。門口有露天免費停車場，客人入住率應該不錯，有接待旅遊團。訂的是家庭兩室套間，房間燈光明亮，設施齊全，衞生管理也不錯，推薦選擇哦。

據説是東山島條件最好的，也就那樣吧，服務很好，其他設施不錯，最糟糕的是洗澡水忽冷忽熱，給孩子洗澡簡直太遭罪，衞生不能5分，偌大的酒店，餐廳居然蒼蠅亂飛，也沒有有效的措施消滅。早餐尚可，比較簡單的自助，菜品不是很多，但是現場有煮麪和粉的，配菜新鮮，很贊！。整體不錯。

此酒店沒有温泉沒有泳池沒海景沒山景！訊息完全不符.1）要風景沒風景住7層也不見海的影子且也沒山景.好評估計是找人給評價的吧？就是一幢普普通通的樓而已！唯一優點房間大一點不過東山島酒店民宿房間都大.洗手間浴巾毛巾老舊發黑不敢用.我沒洗澡也沒洗過臉衹刷了個牙.2）晚上8:30左右到酒店酒店沒吃的,打車出去吃個夜宵逛了逛街回酒店也是半夜了,睡覺前把衞生間排空扇關了因為噪音太響.3）早上排空扇遠程早也打開到9:30接到電話告知酒店停電到11點.因為太困就想停電我也要睡一會兒衹要不影響退房時間12點就行.接下來門外搞清潔的大聲講話咳嗽撞擊製造各種聲音到我覺得不對勁才我告訴朋友這是趕我們走啊酒店怎麼會停電呢.沒好氣罵了2句什麼酒店這樣搞又停電又是噪音！接下來酒店方行為真是震碎三觀！門鈴反反覆覆響出去門口沒人,有人假裝在對面房間搞衞生.一關門門鈴又響起.電一會兒來了燈亮着的一會兒燈滅掉！直到我在房間裏發瘋大聲叫要錄音錄像並把礦泉水瓶扔地上！她們才消停！到11點實在想起來太氣毛巾擺放都沒動過搞衞生的還這樣搞,走時把垃圾桶的垃圾也倒在了地上!我就想説現在是淡季你這酒店又不高大上要海景沒海景要山景沒山景還虛假有温泉,要是知道你店方這麼低質惡劣求我都不會來.你酒店方欠員工工資嗎？還是要倒閉了請不起人管理,找了一幫村霸清潔工？你酒店這樣的樓到處比比皆是啊！漳州東山島文旅一定要好好查一下這家酒店.
