住了這麼多次酒店第一次點評，到的時候沒有我定的房型了，前台給我升級了，沒有提醒我續住需要補差價，第二天晚上回家續房的時候告訴我要補差價。雖然也不差這幾十塊錢，但這種做法就是讓人覺得很噁心。這是酒店的失職，為什麼要我來承擔這部分費用。
