房間牆壁天花板，多處發黴衞生間角落臟污較多，電話機☎️擺設沒有線壞機，牀頭櫃垃圾殘留物沒有清理，浴巾毛巾很舊了，沒有刮鬍子刀，與預訂單不符合，早餐太簡單了，品類太少

三樓就是卡拉OK，五樓是客房，隔音相當差，而且凌晨三點還在唱歌，越唱越大聲，打前台投訴兩次都沒用，要打110報警，沒法入睡，不建議大家入住

酒店位於路邊，比較好找，不過周邊環境有點亂，類似城中村感覺，房間衞生可以。就是樓下是ktv很吵，客服服務一般。下大雨，沒拿傘來接下，或者遮下去車上，前台服務人員一般。服務水平需要提高。

樓下KTV凌晨一兩點特別吵，根本無法入睡，房門安全鎖也是壞的，就算從裏面反鎖，拿房卡還是能從外面打開，睡覺沒有一點兒安全感
