設施：電腦不知道是有毛病還是怎麼樣帶不動永劫，説聯繫技術人員幫忙處理。弄了六七個小時換了個房間也一樣。電腦評價不如網吧電腦
服務：就因為要換房間沒有解決電腦問題酒店前台不知道什麼服務態度，如果兩間都不行沒動過房間就回原來房間，這個就是處理態度！最後讓解決問題總是推卸責任敷衍了事，如果不適合做服務行業我建議別開，打電話道歉（嘻嘻哈哈説到我有什麼問題？我沒有錯啊，我服務態度有什麼問題？）總之就是非常體驗非常差 ！！！ 從下午6點到凌晨一點都沒有解決。客服11點就不理我也不去解決問題

之前半島是沒有電競房的，最近去了，環境沒得説，空中花園電競房絕絕子，空間非常大，入住體驗很棒，配置很高，4060顯卡，網絡也暢通，衞生也很乾凈，價格實惠，免費停車場很方便，下面還是夜宵一條街，舒服

酒店就是常平半島酒店的電競房，設施和環境都是不錯的，電腦的配置也沒有問題，就是開機時間會比較慢，應該是c盤的原因，而且也是會清緩存，所以建議沒事就別關機了
